Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20756371 Seems like there are power struggles. Wait a minute... if the Pope is supposedly chosen by God, is God having trouble making up his mind? “If we are peaceful, if we are happy, we can smile and blossom like a flower, and everyone in our family, our entire society, will benefit from our peace.” Thich Nhat Hanh, Being Peace "But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you." - Job 12:7,8 "When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro." - Hunter S. Anonymous Coward User ID: 26316424 United States 02/28/2013 02:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We are popeless, but since the Pope is only the "Vicar of Christ" and this is Jesus' own church("thou are Peter(rock),and upon this rock I build MY church...and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." Through good times and bad, it is HIS church and the Pope, however beloved by most catholics, is just a part, albeit an important one. Quoting: Indian Elder 13632800 Its ok folks...Masses still being said 24/7, re-experiencing the sacrifice on the cross...Hopefully the Holy Spirit is picking a good new Pope. I personally thought Jesus asked Benedict to step in and allow a ripening time of the successor and then he could step down when Our Lord signaled him. He asked to retire at the age of 75 an JPII said no, he still needed him. READ Benedicts writings...and what did JPII say at that German visit years ago. They know the end times are very close. I thought Jesus said that the church wasn't made of any earthly things. That WE are the CHURCH. Correct me if I am wrong. |

It's something to do with the Italian Cardinals. Maybe someone is pushing for the black Pope and they don't want it. The Italians are a big block. |

There will be little work for the workers, and fathers will hear their children crying for food. There will be earthquakes and signs in the sun. Toward the end, darkness will cover the Earth. When everyone believes that peace is ensured, when everyone least expects it, the great happening will begin. Revolution will break out in Italy almost at the same time as in France. For some time the Church will be without a Pope. [link to www.hissheep.org] |

I noticed you subtracted the "mourning" period 15-9 to get the earliest possible date at the 6th but would that mean the max would be 20-9 and the vote would be at the latest on the 11th? Its all cool, its all cool... thanks for your comment... it corrected my orginial train of thought on the title... i like the new one better... much thanks to you. I hate organized religion myself... Its hilarious that the catholic church even exists... the teachings of Jesus is anti organized religion... yet the most powerful and most popular organized religion is based off of Jesus... _______________________ |

Jesus never said that...he only mentions HIS church in the reference above, "...thou art Peter..." The apostles in their writings said we are all the church. And while this is true, especially up here where Im looking out on five foot sno drift, you need a building. No where in my comment do I refer to the building of St. Peters, I ment we the people primaraly. |

The Catholic Church payed out billions in reparations to the families and spent millions on the investigation which showed that 100% of the guilty were homosexual, The Church now has corrected the problem and does not allow gays to apply for the priesthood,, Meanwhile the heretic protestANTS make no reparations to the abuse victims (because their full of shit and have no money) and have unchecked thousands of queer ministers having at it cause they lack any real infrastructure and authority to address the problem... Protest ANTism is the greatest achievment of Satan |
