If we cannot even determine when they will launch or if they will launch and our intelligence is based on assumptions then I say we may be in some trouble. Our missile shield is 50% accurate which means if they launch 4 missiles 2 will likely hit. I am not overly confident in the idea that we will intercept with complete success..given the status of our missile defense. I do not understand how in the world we know this is a test when North Korea said the opposite. North Korea told people to evacuate due to all out war..do they belieeve war is imminent upon testing a missile? Was war imminent with each past missile test? Do they think this time is different or are they planning on something more aggressive in order to ensure that war will take place..???

Did you know (HEMP) devices produce three distinct regimes of pulse, referred to as E1, E2, and E3. Microelectronics are most sensitive to E1. Microelectronics are mainly what are used to operate military hardware.

As I stated earlier, since 2005, the US military has actively been hardening their equipment.

To have a missile effect everything on the E1, E2, and E3 range it would have to be a very high altitude/near space burst over the specific area. It would also have to be a VERY high yield.

With their tech it is just not possible, only 3 countries in the world could pull that off.
