There's whole Yahoo group dedicated to comet imaging. Why don't you start there and see if you can find anyone whining about "elenin" being anything but a perfectly normal small comet.

Why July? It's orbit is well known and it is very well photographed. Why don't you know it's "true nature" now?

Would be you prefer August? I picked a date where it is pretty much a certainty no one will be disputing or questioning what it is. The fact that YOU are satisified is the not criteria.

Very well. Produce a copy of the NDA, please (which is where you will claim the NDA itself is under NDA...). And why would you, as a lawyer, SIGN such an NDA? Are other people under NDA from TT, Inc? How long is the agreement enforced? Can you give evidence of this? Forgive me if I doubt your word that such an NDA actually exists -- particularly as no such similar things have been claimed by others, such as JWD (who has done FAR more damage to ZT and TT, Inc), regarding dealing with Nancy.

Or perhaps others who are characterizing you as a liar are more accurate than I thought?

Oh, and my other questions: Precisely what claims of Nancy have you abandoned? What convinced you to abandon those particular ideas? Why those? What could make you abandon the rest? Did you learn any discernment in finally admitting those ideas of Nancy's were false? Then why do you fill the voids those failed ideas left with similar ideas that have even *less* to do with reality? Answering these wouldn't be covered in any NDA, I'm certain...

I expect you will continue to refrain from dealing with those issues -- or being hoisted by your own petard (again) above.

I'm aware of what she posted, I already addressed it on multiple threads. She did not show there were two objects with Elenin, she butchered an image of a comet and flipped out over two dark pixels she caused in the process of altering the original image. Even if there were "dark objects" being silhouetted by the comet, that is not what they would look like at all. Objects at the limit of a telescope's resolution show up as point spread functions, not single sharp pixels.

Where are her orbital calculations showing that to be the case? Hmmm? Oh right, they don't exist. Then again, neither do her "objects."

That one was more than enough for me. But not for our resident troll. By July or August he will be jerking off to some other moronic doom scenario concocted by Nancy, Clif or some other flavor of the month doom merchant. He's been doing the same thing for years now.

Well then we all have nothing to worry about - except radiation poisoning from Fukishima.

I'm one of those who thinks you shouldn't build nuclear power plants on major fault lines or in flood prone areas. It'd be like us building every single one of our nuke plants on the San Andreas or in New Orleans prior to Katrina.

I'm watching Melfy's behaviour very closely at the moment. I suspect that because I haven't said "jack" that he incorrectly believes that I won't eventually do something about it. Melfy has been pushing the boundaries of what is acceptable and what is pure "trolling" on our thread for awhile now. ZetaMax is quite welcome here on our thread but any constant goading of other posters with clearly FALSE predictions or claims will be met eventually with A PERSONAL BAN!!.

Melfy you have been WARNED and don't play your usual ignorant and innocent CARD on us either. You know full well what you are doing. Do your roleplaying thing to your heart's content but always remember where it is that you are doing it; and that it has its limitations Melfy.

Right...and yet it has absolutely no affect on other planets in the solar system. Wow...this "brown dwarf" sure is selective. How does it do all this from SO far away?

How can it be visible now if it's coming up from the south? And even if what you say is true...it would STILL be visible to someone in the southern hemisphere and would NOT have gone unnoticed.

We don't even have to worry about that either.


I don't know of ANYONE who claimed that nuclear power was a clean, green form of energy. Not one. Can it be done safely? I believe so...assuming you build the planets in areas not prone to large scale natural disasters. And, in actuality, it wasn't the earthquake that caused the problems with this nuclear plant...it was the tsunami afterwards. Had the tsunami not happened, there would have been no meltdown because the backup generators for the cooling system would still be operational.

If you look into the history of that reactor plant, those reactors were originally scheduled for shutdown back in 2010, to be replaced by far modern and safer designs, however the wheels of bureaucracy turn as slowly in Japan as anywhere else

The actual design is very dated (circa 50's design) and its biggest drawback as we have seen is its requirements for power to maintain the reactor cooling systems

The replacement designs that were supposed to replace those reactors are of the latest design and actually dont require power to run the cooling system, it can failsafe back to natural convection currents cooling the system without the use of pumps

I cant remember which channel it was here in Oz had it on , but soon after the Japan meltdown they had a 1hr documentary (ozzie made) which was actually very well researched and clearly explained even to laymen the basics of the various plants and what had happened and why...
I'll have to see if I can track down which channel and media company made it and see if there are any online copies of it- because it really was a superb documentary on nuclear power generation
