When you know 10 and you see 10 written down you should be able to "read" what theoretically those 10 at least sound like in your head.

Think of it like a programming language, if you're level 0 you don't even realize what a string is, a floating point, a variable, a function, nothing.

When you make your first multiplication calculator, you learn the basics, you define you variables

you write the code
