Somebody... User ID: 1189609 United States 03/28/2013 07:49 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hey, they (the restaurant) may just be trying to send a message regarding 'gun control' as the 'powers that be' want to disarm you. If that's their intent, I'm all for it... Why should they have a monopoly on violence? I generally put as much distance between me and law enforcement as possible, as people tend to get dead when they're around.... |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 36606034 United States 03/28/2013 08:06 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "According to media reports, eight on-duty police officers were recently refused service at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Manassas, Virginia because of their guns. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37021531 The eight police officers were on-duty, but were said to be in plain clothes. When they were approached by a server who saw their guns on display in their holsters, the worker purportedly told the officers that the establishment was a gun-free zone. The police officers proceeded to show the waitress their badges, but the server still would not take their orders. The worker continued to refuse the officers service in the restaurant. A local present at the restaurant, Daryl LaClair, witnessed the entire situation and was so outraged that he wrote a letter to the restaurant chain and started a public awareness campaign." Lacoste User ID: 25147272 United States 03/28/2013 08:28 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have no problem with the waitresses decision. Why are law enforcement above a law abiding citizen who owns and carry's a gun legally. The restaurant policy is a gun-free zone, while I oppose the policy, it should cover law enforcement as well.
