I enjoy watching videos on YouTube from life in the "good old days" (pre 1960) and the one thing Ive noticed is there arent any fat pigs in shorty short roaming around sucking on a large slurpee.

I watched a video today and it mentioned how wheat/fiber/grains began being pushed after cereal companies found they could use that crap to make super cheap food. Ive always thought that.

My parents come both from farming families and I have pictures of people and the workers and maids working for them dating back to 1850 or so.
They were always well fed up to obese (the elderly maids)

What I saw in London was evidence enough to me....

People praying in the streets and shutting down local businesses? People of a faith that believes in taking the lives of others not loving and blessing them?

I think our bodies are used to going without food for longer periods of time. One meal a day was not unusual for most of history. Fasting for 3 days, or longer, is a good thing.

My understanding is when your stomach is empty your body isn't working to digest food. It can then work to heal itself. It's burning off fat too but there are other benefits that don't get discussed as much.

I've heard from more than one source, our bread is very sweet to foreigners.

I had the chance to spend a couple of years in Thailand. 60 million people there. 6 fat chicks in the whole country.... and those 6 worked at McDonalds. Guessing they ate that sh!t everyday.

I weigh 110lbs and feel squished in bathroom latrines, I don't know how fat people even fit through the door, turn around and fit their butt in the space provided.

Back then when you went to work you were on the factory floor building things - doing physical labor - now you sit at a desk using a computer all day.
