I do not agree. Anyone not used to the potency of today's weed will likely be a "one toke bloke". I mean, all you need is one toke and you're high as a kite....nobody not used to today's weed is going to be able to ingest enuff to hurt themselves (which is impossible anyway) because they'd be too damn high! They might freak out for a couple of hours but they'll live!

As a former grower, I know that 27% is extraordinarily high [no pun intended] even for the top designer stains. 22-24% is far more the norm for the upper tier of what you find on the open market.
