grinning

Boris is trained yall! I opened up he's bedroom cage and he just wanted to sit on his eggs for a minute and I figured he'll just poop on the floor today, it's wood, it's all good. BUT I found him sitting on his daytime play cage and no poop, he waited for me to put him on the POTTY!!!!
 Quoting: chasity

ohno That is so cute! I had a cockatiel once, too. Tanagra. But the only thing she would do is sit on my shoulder and nibble my earrings...
 Quoting: President Penny Peppers

Boris just kills me. the eggs OMGot rof
 Quoting: rewind

Tanagra laid little cluthes of real eggs. Always wanted to make a tiny omelette...
 Quoting: President Penny Peppers

awwwe! we were so worried Boris was a female at first, his name was Darla in those days. He was only 2/3 months old when we got him. But once his face changed and started talking and singing we knew he was male.

That is so hard on their bodies to lay eggs, that's why we worried! She was probably so proud of them! lol tiny omelets! lol Boris has plastic eggs, he's been searching for a nesting spot for a while, he was even considering the washing machine drum at one time, it's mirrored so he really liked that place. He was sitting on those mirrored little colored beads at first and we were like WTF??? lol then I ordered dummy eggs and he just loves them. And he is much nicer because of them.

Those look like the plum garden in Japan! beautiful chasity.

Good morning. hugs

This is part of a $9 salmon filet (wmrt), cooked with 1/3 leek (basically the base), fresh garlic, 1 stalk celery, 1 jarred red pepper (about 5/jar $4), olive oil, tarragon, white pepper..so all in all a $11 dish, that I will eat in the next 2 days. This is 1/4 the salmon. breakfast costs $3.

now my turn to eat the leek. Sorry Rewind I couldn't do the onion fry cook off, I will one of these days.

I laddled out some leek and carried it to the plate across the counter and a lot spilled out and there is an old superstition that says when food or drink spills a dead ancestor is hungry for it. I hope they haven't resurrected into a starvation situation. Maybe they are just craving it, I know I crave this shit all the time. I'm fairly certain leek is part of my long long time ago ancestral diet.

Fossy I saw that plate in the other thread and couldn't find your original post with it and I still want to know what it all was! Please post it here again. Also, I think we all feel that way about each other's plates too.

Speaking of, did I tell you all I'm making a cake today? Well I did lol. I knew I had a dry mix box in in my cabinet and pulled it out and always wanted to try one of those cola cakes but all I have is root beer lol.

We put a can of root beer in with the mix, that was all the wet added (no eggs or oil). And I made a cream cheese frosting ho made, with 8oz fat free cream cheese, 1 cube butter, 2 cups powder sugar and 2 tablespoons vanilla or 1 tablespoon, I think it's 1.

I just ate a big ass fucking slice and didn't count the calories but I know it's a lot less than it could be with just the soda and the fat free cream cheese.
