AAONMS...great job.

Did you cover the pipeline that the US wanted to put across Afghanistan pre 9-11?

Pre 9-11 the US government hosted the Taliban leadership in Washington trying to sweet talk them into a deal for the pipeline and they refused.

1 year later the very same Taliban leaders were running for their lives from Special Forces attack groups in Afghanistan.
 Quoting: PIR

Thanks PIR,

No I haven't covered the Afghanistan pipeline, but I am aware of it. Cheney's oil company got the contract to build that pipeline too. Just a coincidence I am sure. : )

This was another part of a grand plan by the EU and USA it seems. The basic part of the plan was to:

1. ) control as much middle eastern oil and gas as possible as the middle east contains almost 70% of the worlds oil.
2. ) design a way to get it Europe via pipelines and keep it as cheap as possible for USA and Europe.
3. )To reduce EU dependence on Russia and hurt china and India the two biggest emerging economies by controlling the majority of the supply. Oil is the lifeblood of any economy!

Very simple philosophy here.

Those who control the worlds oil control the world!!
 Quoting: AAONMS 59395182

Here is what most people don't know.

The world is NOT running out of oil, BUT it IS running out of CHEAP oil and Iraq is said to contain as much as 25% of the worlds remaining CHEAP lite sweet crude that's close to the surface!

This is why Iraq is soooo important! An energy crisis for the world is about to rear its ugly head and its because oil is about to become much more costly!

I have experience working with an oil remediation and production company. Our company for a time was producing a chemical that you could put down an oil well that would boost production of that well as much 500% for about 6 months.

What I learned during that time is that oil wells and oil fields behave the same way. You can have higher and higher production rates of an oil well till you reach 50% left of the reserves at that point the well pumps at a declining rate for the rest of its life!!!

There are some things you can do to temporarily boost oil and gas production from a declining well, but they are ONLY temporary!!

The problem is the largest oil fields in the world including almost all of the middle east with the exception of Iraq are in decline!! There are alternative oil supplies that can and will fill worlds shortage but they are all SECONDARY sources that cost much more to produce!!!
 Quoting: AAONMS 59395182

I should say ALMOST all secondary sources. There are few oil fields they are discovering or are new production, but not nearly enough to offset the declining cheap ones.

And if you read the article I just posted, higher oil prices reduce the IMFs projected GDP so significantly that global economies will crash.

The world has been in decline production state of oil since about 2002. Saudi Arabia for sure and I believe most of the rest of the middle east since that time have been pumping sea water into their oil wells to keep up production. It worked but now they are not able to keep up peak production rates doing that! They are declining despite using these methods and that is very bad because eventually they will experience a HUGE drop off in production.

Heard there was a deal made between SA and Russia. Russia back off in Ukraine and ISIS backs off in iraq/iran. This is getting interesting. Looks like kurdistan will happen with or without Maliki becoming pres. So I suspect they will kick him to the side of the road shortly. Not needed to further the kurdistan agenda it would seem.

We're not messing with them yet because to take out ISIS now would take the pressure off of Maliki. We have been saying that they get no help until a new, more inclusive government is seated.

So what do you think about the anaerobic oil theory. Seems to hold water and is gaining support. Of course the production of new supplies could and probably are lagging behind extraction and use. So eventually it would have the same results if oil wasn't being constantly produced the planet.

So, I'm done on DA. Enorrste has decided he's going to be my troll over there, and I'm not gonna take it anymore. This is a hobby for me, and a hobby should not be a source of daily irritation. I don't know what the guy's problem is, but he showed up last night to call me a liar, and when I called him on it, and rebutted his argument, he came back to split an eyepopping amount of hairs and offered one of those backhanded apologies that was really meant to tell me I'm a big ole sissy and can't handle his superior intellect. I don't understand what the obsession is, among some people in this, to be right all the time, and to denigrate anyone who slightly disagrees with them, but that's not for me, and I'm not going to be looking over my shoulder with every post I make, wondering if some asshole is gonna show up and trash me.
