1) He was NOT misquoted. He has since repeated exactly what he meant. It's just that his hand-wringing Western apologists are such pussies, intellectual and otherwise, that when they saw that even Russia's President Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov were stunned by Ahmadinejad's "Wipe them off the face of the earth" remarks.... well, the Western pussies quickly tried to do the only thing they still know how to do: damage control & PR spin on Ahmadinejad's behalf. That's how they insinuated the "Zionist regime" in place of Israel --- even though really, what the fuck does that even mean? Zionism = Woodrow Wilson-ian Jewish Self-determination and every Israeli leader without exception has been Zionist + 95% of Israeli Jews are Zionists. So Dinnerjacket is still calling for EXTERMINATION of a country. And given how much Iran has been prolifirating advanced weaponry virtually free of charge to both Hezbollah, HAMAS, Jihadi Islami, PRC --- Iran is following through on their threats. It should only get much more intense if Iran ever goes nuclear.... Even the typically slow, reactionary IAEA are starting to get terribly concerned about that prospect...

2) Even if Dinnerjacket WERE somehow misquoted 10 different times.... it doesn't matter because there are literally dozen of OTHER Iranian officials -- religious, governmental and military/IRGC that made statements calling for genocide, annihilation, eradication or extermination of an entire people/country/ideology. Given their Holocaust denials... and the Jews senitive history related thereto.... one can't help but stand up and take notice.

3) Dinnerjacket as crazy as he is, he is actually considered to be a MODERATE --- compared to some of the true hard-core Apocalyptic Twelvers like aformentioned Ayatollah Mezba-Yazdi.... If you live in the US, you might want learn what Iranian Mullahs think of the "BIG Satan" and how they plan on to bring about the emergence of their precious Mahdi.... Mercy!

I was just thinking. What's the endgame for Israel. They can bomb for weeks, and still Hamas is there. Innocent lives will get in the cross fire.
Either the occupy Gaza once again.
Or they take over the land, and give more land in the west bank and make Gaza part of Israel
What is the endgame???
