I hope I am wrong too, but from what I have been told, these are some of the items they plan on attaching to the anti gun bill they are introducing next month. I was told they are going for the whole enchilada this time while emotions are still high.

Again they whip the American people into an irrational emotional state to push an agenda and "outraged" american citizens now jump on the gun ban bandwagon because its he thing to do...

Hey fuckhead, it is already illegal to own a gun if you have been "diagnosed". My brother got a PTSD diagnoses from the VA, and he can not by a gun. So blow it out your ass.

All this does not matter. If they take all our Firearms away, then what? people will still find a way to Kill someone. They will just use a different tool.

In this case they (the parents of the shooter) knew there was a problem with thier child, where was the medical institution in this?. Why were the Firearms not locked in a safe?. So many questions on all levals and little answers.

I don't picture that happening. I mean it's always a possibility when everyones emotions are running high....but I personally would doubt that.

I think it'd be REALLY hard to enforce something like that, you know? My God, there are millions of mags that hold more than 10 rounds in circulation...

In Calif when they Banned High capacity Mags You just could not buy them any more. I do not remember them asking people to turn them in. However remember the Bank shoot-out in LA, also anyone caught in the commision of a crime using a HCM is in deep crap, or if the Police raid your home for what ever reason and they find some they had better be pre ban, (they did not say for Law enforcementor/Military Use) on the bottom. Pre ban had nothing printed on the bottom.

But there are so many rules out here it is hard to keep track of. Ex post Facto also plays a part.

I've been hunting many times with various scary black guns. There are varmit models for small long range critters and there are hog busting .450 caliber models for hunting that 300# feral pig. The .308 is perfect for white tail deer. There are also target models specifically designed for sillouette competitions.

The AR-15 and it's clones are the most popular rifle in the US. And not without reason. Just sayin'....
