B-3, or Niacin, is fat soluble (as is THC). Blow yourself up with niacin and water, piss as much as you possibly can, and run at least a few miles. Sweat as much as possible. Also, take creatine right before your test. Since they test for creatine levels in your piss (to see if you've been trying to flush your system, which you are) taking creatine = win. Also, make sure that when you piss you DON'T fill the cup with the beginning or the end of the pee, fill it with the middle as it's the most diluted.

Again, load your body with B-3, drink a shitload of distilled water (as the above poster said) and run your ass off. And take creatine.

All Drugs (and other substances) are absorbed by fat are are detectable by trace amounts for a length of time depending on if they are water soluble or not.

Pot is not water soluble - it takes weeks to purge the system below the threshold of blood and urine tests. Hair test is much longer and your hair can be read much like the rings of a tree. The longer your hair, the further back into the past your chemical history can be read.

And no - drinking lots of fluids, using detox, the head shop stuff, none of that causes your body to purge any quicker.
