True. But thats exactly what I worry about.

I know how deep some are into it, and even if it is their choices, Im frightened how to get them out of it without subsequent damage to them.

I say this because I've experienced how it feels to have your entire belief turned up-side-down in a brink.
It took me a few days to contemplate everything..like defragmenting your harddrive.

Not expecting an answer here, just thinking how to approach in the healthiest way.

Indeed. On the one hand the Zeta's are said to be "accurate" but on the other hand when inaccuracies are pointed out they are "filtered out." That's called confirmation bias.

I think I understand what you say. The thing is that I wouldn't support the way she does it (fearmongering) but since I consider Nancy and the Zetas as two different sources of information which can contain errors due to a certain unsharpness I don't blame the Zetas for it. Nancy has, like every human, free will.

Yes, I do. There are predictions made by the Zetas and there are the refering articles to these predictions for example. It is all there, you just need to read it.
