Thought so too. It was right over the boundary of this hiking area I have gone on and there is a spot over there with a fallen tree that I nicknamed the dragon because of its shape. I think I posted it before under my old account smilies years ago. I'll have to go by there and see how it has decayed and formed now.

Furthermore, the placenta functions as a selective maternal-fetal barrier against transmission of microbes. However, insufficiency in this function may still cause mother-to-child transmission of infectious diseases.

This is a great read in regard to the placenta.

I was going to ask you about cake, but didn't know if that was a good thing to do right now(think it wasn't a nice dream if I recall). You had a dream about it before and thought it was related with placenta broader meaning.

I'll read that.cool2

Ha, chimera. It also says the uteri does not fossilize well.

Whoa going on my dream, I wonder if that is what the holes were in the fossil like stones.

That was a good read. Community deciding vs. the mother deciding. That is a big difference.

This is the first time I 'met the wolf'...

To my sense.

I feel compelled to post this dream.

I posted it the first time 11/29/10.

The only time I posted it on GLP was in the Secrets thread waaaay back in December, lol.

I was compelled that day to upload the Pandora smilie I often still use.

One of the AC's noticed the faces in the background behind her and our conversation took an interesting turn...down the rabbit hole.

Here it is...

This is all very Zelda/video game-ish:

I was standing in a small courtyard surrounded by green grass. It was pretty and open to the air. Monarch butterflies were flying around. In front of me was a tall (8 ft or so) gray stone wall.

Suddenly I was atop the wall when I looked to my right and there was a single blooming flower growing out of the stone.

In front of me, on the other side of the wall was an 8 ft drop into a room with large square pillars at differing heights. Atop each pillar was a platform. These platforms had items atop each that I needed to acquire.

Down at the bottom of the pillar room stalked a single black wolf. At first I was fearful of the wolf. He looked rather menacing and that at a moments notice would rip me to shreds. As I stood there deciding my options a large piece of cake appeared in my left hand. The 'wolf" came over to me, growled, then accepted the cake.

After that he was passive and I was allowed to continue into the room.
I plucked the flower shaking its "dust" over my head, then jumped down into the room no longer fearing the wolf.

Then, I jumped high to the first pillar, the sensation was amazing, and landed softly on top. On top of the pillar was an assortment of items. I can't remember exactly what the items were but I know there was a key, book, and many other random items. I began stuffing my pockets with the items.

I then tried and failed to jump to the next, higher pillar.

I went back to the wall to get more "dust" from the flower but there was now a wall blocking me from the flower. I went back over to the other side of the wall back into the open air, with my pockets full and with the understanding that I may have to "start over" since I missed the second pillar.

Then in front of me, in the middle of the grass was a staircase leading down underground. I began to walk toward it when a strange looking bird crossed in front of me on the staircase. I looked down at it and thought,

"you're not a peacock."

Then I followed the staircase down to a door. The door was locked and I produced a key out of my pocket that I had gotten from the pillar earlier. I opened the door to reveal a completely black room.

In the center was something I needed. I went to it, retrieved it, then left the room.

Then I woke.

Other cars there, it did not go to. I gave it some food that I had and he ate it and he had this aura about him. Like a distinct strong presence. He moved away from me back to the doors. As I left, I rolled down my window saying bye and he looked right at me and acknowledged me with a knowing look and like a chin up movement. The whole thing was out of the ordinary.

Melek goes with the rainbow covenant, I've noticed.

What was in the center of the dark room? In the show The OA, in their near death experiences was a dark room that had these pinpoint lights that looked like the universe when we look at it from earth. But in the center of the room was a woman and a well. It reminded me of the big dipper stories of the well/hole and the woman being the blue woman who was midwife that brings life through.

That almost sounds like a hypercube and center being navel.

The two ways of birth

[link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)]

Passing through a tunnel is compared to the birth canal, and the silver cord resembling the umbilical cord - these are a few observations during out-of-body experiences that are sometimes likened to childbirth. "Birth theories" hypothesized that people who were delivered by Caesarean section do not have tunnel experiences during astral projections. On the contrary, one study showed that there is no discrepancy between the experiences observed by people who are born through Caesarean section and those born naturally during their OBE or astral projection.

Funny, I was told my birth story earlier in the week. I was a month over due to doctors ignorance. My mom was prepped for c-section because I didn't come. She said once in the stirrups she pushed me out in one push. I was blue and silent not breathing at all. I came unconscious. I was overdue because of the stuff that was all over me. I forgot what it was called. So, I think when I leave I will be fully conscious and maybe orange:P

Ball or circle being placenta

This beetle was famous for his habit of rolling balls of dung along the ground and depositing them in its burrows. The female would lay her eggs in the ball of dung. When they hatched, the larvae would use the ball for food. When the dung was consumed the young beetles would emerge from the hole.

Isn't it growing not building? The seed being the foundation. Like in The OA, they swallow what is the living in the realm of the dead for it to grow inside:P
Similar to when you hear something that is true and know it instantly.
Let the dead bury the dead comes to mind in reference to understanding what is living in the realm of dead/matter.
