Video where they're trying to rescue 2 people in chest-deep water. Downed trees completely blocked the road so they have to walk 1/2 block to help the people. Will they be able to carry them out to their truck?

Please do not have people go into their attics without a working chain saw. An ax isn't going to cut it in a lot of cases.

They should go onto their roofs and use the ax to cut a hole in the roof from the top. Then they can enter the attic.

Do not wait in your attic without cutting a hole first!

**You will need to be able to flag down rescuers. They will not hear you. You will need to be able to hear their boat/helicopter and pop out of the attic and flag them down. Have white or reflective clothing as a flag. Have mirrors in hand with a flashlight. Be as reflective as possible.**
