I am feeling a bit better this morning. My oldest son and his wife will visit me later. They are bringing me French fries! I am looking forward to the visit more than the fries though.

Howdy: been out of it with on cannameds (im no longer used to cannabis being in my system) and I can't seem to figure how to upgrade myself with karma. So can't reply to PM's until I get that sorted. Hello again my GLP friends

I should probably be sleeping, as hospice angels start my day kind of early, but I slept most of today, so now I am wide awake.

I seem to be mostly rid of the respiratory thing I had going on, so physically I am feeling better. Pain management is going well too. I just nap often. But I wake from the naps feeling rested, so the naps are a good thing.

I didn't get french fries today, but I did have a nice visit so that was good too. Mostly, my day was naps and music with some thoughtful, kind and beautiful surprises as well!

I don't seem to be hungry much lately. Something will sound good, but after a few bites am full. I am however addicted to a certain chicken bone broth (yay protein) and enjoy a quart of so of the broth a day, as well as electrolyte drinks and lots of water. My order of 12 quarts of broth was delivered today.

So that was my day today. Thank you my wonderful friends, for the music, prayers, messages, cards and other kind surprises. Any time I feel a bit down, I just head to GLP and read this thread! Thank you!

Please try to look at it this way:

I have the gift of time to say good-bye, to make amends, to let those I love know how much they mean to me.

I also get to give way my stuff myself. Any possible creepy relative/acquaintance hoping for coveted items will be out of luck!
