What we call "french" bread here in America... what do you call it?

Just bread? Or does it have a special name?

Tell us what it's like right now in your hometown. Are you wearing a mask? Any tips on making awesome bread?

Please give me a recipe in Imperial units and Fahrenheit for simple bread (flour, salt, water, yeast and whatever else in the simplest bread).

Impossible to get good bread where I live.

Thanks in advance. I will be in your debt.

Deux petite questiones sil vous plait.

1) Are you a Master Baker?

2) What do you use to put holes in your donuts?

Merci!

Where I live now it's calm, tourists are gone, but many covid infected local people in restaurants, hotels. Taxis etc. It was a mistake to allow tourists to visit.

Re: I'm A Baker In South Of France, Ask Me Anything
which city-region are you in, if you can say?

we visited south coast of France 12 years ago and it was beautiful

I really began to appreciate French culture, food, music

the people in the south appeared to be a bit more laid back and not as uptight as the people around Paris

They were angry about the conditions of life of retired people, of workers and many other things. We are never satisfied anyway, they better do like me and WORK. I wake up at 3am to work 6 days a week and I don't complain. I own my business and I am a serious person (I think)

Bakers don't use cheese, you're wrong, and if it doesn't interest you, why are you here?
