Out of curiosity, can you describe a typical menu of what you eat in a day/week? Where does the protein come from?

Re: How humans are not physically created to eat meat
By eliminating meat from your diet you can save money:
the government subsidizes meat to the point that, according to
John Robbins (Diet for a New America), a pound
of hamburger would cost $89 if not subsidized.

(And that book was written over a decade ago…)

Soon only the very wealthy will be able to eat meat.

So get used to it!

Heated meat is one of the biggies in causes of disease,
including Alzheimer’s and cancer.

Learn how to forage for greens.

You can live on greens.

Our closest genetic relatives (chimps) eat at least 60%
of their diet in greens.

Greens contain a lot of protein, and are the most alkaline food
(which is the no.1 thing for health.).

Just be careful though.

Christopher McCandless (the guy who the movie Into the Wild
was based on) did not read the distinctions between
two similar-looking plants carefully and that
is what killed him.

Also ask the farmers to save their (nonsprayed) weeds for you.

Offer them $20 for a box.

Weeds have more minerals than most of the greens
you buy at the store!

Minerals are more important than vitamins.

They tell your body when enough is enough, because
your body actually craves minerals, not calories.

As you are getting better and better nutrition, gradually
reduce your caloric intake.

Studies on rodents and primates prove that this extends
our lives by 30-40%.

We can get by on about half the calories if the food is
nutritious---the way to do it is by making the food
raw and organic.

You don’t have to be 100% raw, you don’t have to be
a hardcore raw foodist.

If you do, that’s totally fine and that’s great.

If you want to be 50% raw or 80% raw, whatever
is going to work for you will make a difference.

But just remember this, wherever you are today,
you can only get better by incorporating more
raw fruits and vegetables into your diet.

Whatever. I have canine teeth that are meant for tearing meat. I am 0+ which, according to eating by blood type means I can eat more meat than any other blood type.

If I had to live on vegetables, I would have to eat all day.

My body processes meat very well. If I eat a vegetable lunch, I'm hungry in an hour. If I eat meat, I can last until my next meal.

I will never stop eating meat.

Many herbivore animals have fangs - apes, elephants fruit bat, and so on. Fangs do not = carnivore.

Blood type is irrelevant.

No humans processes meats well. The animal fats flood the liver and entire CV system.

It can take some getting used to but vegetables can be completely satisfying. Potato, Vegan Spaghetti, Veggie Stir Fry, Chili, and many other dishes are just as good without meats.

Then try a piece of dark chocolate and it kills the appetite.

Getting away from McDs and Burger king is a very possitive move.

i am not a muslim but i do ramadan, which is where you dont eat anything all day long for a month. after i progressed to a meat free diet i noticed that ramadan became a hell of a lot easier! i can very easily go all day without eating and have a small meal before i go to bed!

i would say you need to pay more atention to your own body before you start telling everyone what your body can and cant do.

OP, After you get bored with vegetables and fruits you may want to transition to Breatharianism which would be an entire new world of not eating at all.

We have been taught to eat meat, most likely due to very cold climates where vegetation does not grow. I have noticed more people are moving to the vegetarian and vegan lifestyle these last few years. I cut out meat due to health reasons.
Here is an old guy who doesn't eat meat and up this this video, he claims to never experience sickness. I know this guy is a huge leap, but his lifestyle paid off. Dr. Sebi also says Meat is not healthy for our body although we can eat it. He has cured all diseases with plants and herbs.

Peace

Meat eaters are stronger and smarter. OP do you wish for our children to become weak dumbtards?
 Quoting: Politicas

I believe that is exactly what the TPTB want us and our children to be.

After much research, I have finally found a great diet at near 50 years of age. I am blood type O+ and I eat mainly lean red meat, fish and chicken. I avoid dairy and whole wheat items. I receive bi-monthly Testosterone shots and work out hard 3x a week. I feel the best I have in years.

We Evolved to eat meat during the last ice age when things didn't grow.

It was an Evolutionary adaption brought on by climate change.

I also believe this. Meat was a necessity to survive. Even in the 1800s, meat was a necessity to survive the winter months.

Hey OP if your premise were to be true how did humans survive if they did not live in the lower lats of planet earth. When winter comes Eskimos, Native Indians, Native Siberians basically all peoples of earth that experience winter in all of human history had to eat meat in order to survive since in winter there is no growing season and that means no grass no fruit no acorns no nuts nothing for a human to eat but protein from meat to make it through a winter. No meat no living in higher latitudes since nothing to eat. That is human history. Maybe humans started in the garden and those humans were herbivores but as soon as humans left the garden survival was implemented with meat.

One more thing. When I eat grass fed beef marinated and barbecued I experience a heavenly taste in my mouth like no other culinary savory food. So my mind is telling me this is unbelievably delicious almost like an instinct. So ..

This thread is not about the treatment of animals.

The one thing i have learnt when it comes to this topic is that if people can be converted to being a vegetarian after they read something or from something that is said to them than they most likely would have gone vegetarian anyway. So i never start these type of thread to try and convince anyone to change.
I started this thread for the same reason GLP was started, to spread the truth! You can still eat your meat knowing that it is bad for you, lots of people do lots of things that are bad for them for the sole reason that they like it.

Most estrogen comes from meat and dairy. This is a fact. Also, meat and dairy industry and fish farms are responsible for the multi resistent mrsa bacteria.

Why Vegetarians Are More Intelligent than Meat Eaters

Vegetarianism would therefore be an evolutionarily novel value and lifestyle, as well as a luxury of abundance. The Hypothesis would predict that more intelligent individuals are more likely to choose to become a vegetarian than less intelligent individuals

This indeed appears to be the case. Among the British respondents in the National Child Development Study, those who are vegetarian at age 42 have significantly higher childhood general intelligence than those who are not vegetarian at age 42. (Childhood general intelligence was measured with 11 different cognitive tests at three ages before 16.) Vegetarians have the mean childhood IQ of 109.1 whereas meat eaters have the mean childhood IQ of 100.9. The difference is large and highly statistically significant.

The relationship holds both among women and men separately. Among women, vegetarians have the mean childhood IQ of 108.0 while meat eaters have the mean childhood IQ of 100.7. Among men, vegetarians have the mean childhood IQ of 111.0 and meat eaters have the mean childhood IQ of 101.1, a 10-point difference!

Same old lines rehashed by a vegeterian/vegan again and again as to why we should change our dietary choices. I've heard all this stuff before, but I have no intention of giving up meat.

Besides, no matter how much they process it, season it to resemble the real thing...TVP is no match for real meat.

I was a vegan. I thought it might help.me with my type 1 diabetes. I ended up worse.

there might be a small.percentage of people who can eat this way without problems. im not one of those.

Im now eating a low almost zero carb diet and i never felt better my whole life. my disease is und almost full control now.

what is really annoying is how vegans want to push others to their unhealthy lifestyle with totally uninformed made up.stuff.
When I was vegan i often found stuff that made no sense but you kind of brush that aside.

just check out OMEGA 3 to omega 6 ratio.
vegans are almost all the time in inflammation due to to high omega 6 food.

vegan omega 3 sourcea are very badly absorbed by humans.

animals convert the omega 3 sources to human available omega 3.

VEGAN IS UNHEALTHY CAUSE OF THE NOT AVAILABLE OMEGA 3

ONLY OMEGA 3 from animal sources is easy available for humans.

eating a carbohydrate diet grows fungi and cancer.

tough animal diet is almost equally unhealthy if the animals dont eat healthy simple grass but also the stuff vegans eat like grains etc.

grassfeed chicken and eggs as grassfeed beef. plancton feed fish. THATS THE GOOD STUFF.

and yeah its sad to kill an animal but thats how nature works.

Re: How humans are not physically created to eat meat
There is a great variety of vegetables that that average person doesn't consider eating and so they end up eating too many products made from wheat which isn't good and that includes too much meat Have vegetables such as cooked pumpkin, carrots, squash and even eggplant.

Making dishes with green peppers, onions and you know rice is great. Now when you try a large variety you should be getting all the nutrients your body basically needs when you also include salads and fruits. Add spices and herbs to bring out wonderful flavors.

If you want meat mostly you are missing out out the natural way of living. Include fish and eggs is great though as well to help get more protein in your diet. You should feel very healthy.

What I am saying cook in a different way and perhaps avoid restaurants more and your life will change for the better to think clearer and feel more healthy

actually op, it's a compelling argument, food for thought. One more for you, vitamin b12 absorption is difficult for celiacs. your theory on vegetarianism presents special challenges for those who cannot eat certain grains. I shall think on it though, and perhaps experiment. I will let you know.
