I was using globalincidentmap.com as a reference. Took me awhile to get use to seeing several reporting agencies posting the same info also. No worries. After the documentary THE COVE came out were there national protests by the Japanese to stop the slaughter of imprisoned Dolphins? No After the TV shows WHALE WARS were there national protest by the Japanese to stop the Whale Killings? No The Blue Tuna population is almost instinct. Is there any cry to stop the over fishing? No - same goes with Gill Netting. America does have some restrictions on these but not the Japanese and other countries as well. Japan’s failure not to ask other countries help to stop this Nuclear (meltdown?), is another example of their arrogance. We Americans expose our governments and complain about it much more than the Japanese. Why you can see it all over this site and many others every day. We have a strong environmental voice. Most Japanese have access to the Internet. Do you see them complaining about the actions of their governments? I don’t think so, I don’t see it. If they disagree it’s just a murmur among each other. We Americans expose, complain, make movements – we just don’t get anywhere because the game is rigged. I don’t think the Japanese people make much of an effort to expose the crimes of their government. I think they just accept it.  |
