If more fires are declared or if the operators are forced to release more steam in order to avoid hydrogen explosions, new massive waste releases will occur. In France, the impact will remain low and the safety measures relatively easy to implement. In Japan, it is entirely different. Radiation has been found in milk, rainwater, and tap water throughout the United States as well as in certain areas of Europe. In Hilo Hawaii, milk was tested that showed radiation at much higher levels then were previously acknowledged. “New EPA milk samples in Hawaii show radiation in milk at 800% above limits for C-134, 633% above limits for C-137 and 600% above EPA maximum for I-131 for a total of 2033%, or 20.33 times, above the federal drinking water limits,” reported Alexander Higgins. |

This is just crazy. The simple fact of the matter is that people on the US West Coast are receiving less radiation exposure on a daily basis than a resident of Denver Colorado used to receive before Fukushima. Personally, I just decided that I am going to go to southern Mexico for the next few months. As a novelist I can write off the trip as a business expense as I will be gathering information for a new novel. Thank You! I tried to say nothing big was on radiationnetwork.com several pages back. People are on a mission to doom and nothin's gonna stop 'em. Who owns enenews? Maybe they want to get everyone all tore up and their health goes to crap, sick people don't feel like doing much. Looks like it's working too. People who think they are going to die, usually do. That's right....believe this comparison of apples to baseball bats! Believe! All you have to do is believe! I'm going believe there's a huge glaring problem with this pollyanna BS spew. I believe we ought to educate ourselves what the differences are between internal and external exposure. Let’s look at route of exposure. When we hear the words “radiation exposure,” we generally think of radiation beaming out from a source or device and striking the outside of our body. However, radiation can also come from radioactive material that leaves its energy in internal organs if ingested, injected, or inhaled. As a result, it is important to consider not only the type of radiation emitted from a source, but also the way it is absorbed. There are three main ways to be exposed to and absorb a dose from radiation: external exposure, internal exposure, and skin contamination. Read up on it and stop going on blind faith and hope. When people took their crops to sell, the government used a geiger counter and none of the unorganic growers could sell theirs because the readings were too high. Only organic growers could seel their crops. So buy organic. Less pesticdes, less herbicides, less GMO contamination, less fungicides and less radiation. Organic foods are healthier too because organic growers actually FEED the soil so crops have more minerals to absorb. |

We don't care about ourselves so why should THEY care about us. If we cared, we would be voting for independants instead of rep & dems like Jesse Ventura says. If we cared about ourselves, we wouldn't be eating fast food & all the CRAP in the grocery stores. A Happy Meal is considered a wholesome dinner by many people. People who go to the doctor for a magik pill & surgery rather than looking for cheaper more natural cures, don't care about themselves. Just want to be entertained with frankenstein food & shows on the idiot box. Really, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped. But people on GLP want to be helped & there are plenty of threads with really good info-take extra vit C & other vitamins/antioxidants, take kelp pills & iodine & collloidal silver & other supplements... As for the effects in 10 to 20 years, I think we'll be seeing babies born with the 2 heads & other atrocities like they were from Chernobyl. I'm sure the governments will use the same line they used back then "It's from fertilizer". |
