How is that legit? Those guys are walking up totally in open position. Slow throwing weak punches. It's a demonstration. Let's see him defend a shoot for his legs. I'm sure he has skill but against a trained fighter in a real setting I'm not sure how he would fair.

That was all show. Also hes a big guy those were small guys. Nothing against martial arts they just usually don't work in street fights. Judo is probably the best bet to go with though. I would say don't take martial arts if you want to beat people up it won't increase your testoterone or make you stronger, but it is really good exercise and it can give you really good punching and kicking skills as well as ground skill like in judo.

Seagall looks like he is struggling to breathe and can barely move. The so-called fighter with him is doing flops. Seagall used to be a badass in his early movies but since he put on 50 pounds or so he is nothing in the sport anymore.

Chuck Norris could easily kick his ass and Chuck is probably 75 years old.
