The law of physics is really God's only LAW because it cannot be broken. Anything other than that is really just a suggestion, and nature is more than happy to let you know what's a good idea and what's a bad idea.

There is really no truth to any of this. Physical laws pertain to the way things interact, the way things interact determines how they appear. For instance the way photons interact with our eyes is determined by physics. The way a water molecule interacts with our nervous system is determined by physics. Mankind cannot change the very basics about the way things interact, these things are hard coded into reality.

We are by no means incapable of perceiving things as they are. There are more to a persons ability to perceive than just the five senses. You see we also have our minds and we can use our minds to enhance our senses through technology and through that technology we can discover more about the way things 'are.'

I disagree that we were created for the purpose of love, but it is love that allows us to achieve our purpose, which is to live and learn.

God's LAWS are as simple as 'can we,' it is up to each individual to decide if they should. God gave you the ability to choose for yourself if you think you should or not. God gave us a brain and that in an of itself is proof that he wants us to use it. That is we each have our own individual brain and we each use our brain individually. So it is I, my brain, that determine what I should or should not do and you, your brain, that determines what you should or should not do. I do not determine for you what you should or should not do and you do not determine for me what I should or should not do.

I read a portion of your linked post, I read the parts pertaining to love after which there's a lot written, but IMHO not much said. That wasn't an insult, just my opinion.

Anyway in my personal opinion you did not give a definition of love. Your post seems to read more like a politician beating around the bush of a question he doesn't know the answer to. The fact is that if I loved you, and I do, then I would allow you to be who you are, rather than try to mold you into someone you are not. You see if I try to tell you who to be, than it is I who am creating your life for you, living your life for you rather than you living your own life and creating your own life. Now if I am living your life and you are not that would mean you don't exist anymore, that I have in effect killed you and that is most assuredly the opposite of love.

If I love YOU then I love the choices you make for yourself. If I am making your decisions for you, again living your life for you, then I do not love you, but instead I simply love myself.
