Does anyone remember the name of the book Chaol has posted (twice I might add) re: abuse of the English language? I thought I had it but haven't found it yet. And I have to quit looking in the threads now too, time for bed.

It's not abuse of the english language by Robert Graves. I thought the title had Goddess in it and the author's first name is Robert.

Anyway, thanks!

Here are a couple text files that consist of this whole thread (yes, all 280 pages as of about a weeks ago!!!) with some filtering applied to the lines. I stripped out a LOT of redundant data, i.e. all formatting and any duplicate lines. The result is pretty easy to figure out and read, with focus on Chaol's posts. The User Names didn't survive, but the text has an interesting new perspective that comes across as Chaol addressing us as a group where everyone's anonymous. It's kind of like reading a part of a transcript of a radio show. You can just tell when Chaol is speaking. Just use your favorite notepad or whatever and fix it up the way you want. Maybe somebody can take it and run with it! Here y'all go for what it's worth. I hope you can use it.

Sure makes me wonder if all the cleaning out and getting rid of stuff is what changed my perspective to my husband getting deported!!!!! For 2 years, before he was deported, I got rid of most of my stuff.

Man, I hope he never reads this post, LOL!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 6853315

Is this the way to get rid of a man? lol.

Ages ago, there used to be an occult store in my area that catered to witches. There was a section for Mexican witches, brujas, with all sorts of weird things. There was a shelf of aerosol sprays with labels like "Get Money" or "Lose Weight". There was one called "Man Away". The instructions said to spray it in his shoes, then put his shoes under the bed in which he sleeps. This was supposed to make the man go away.

Back then, I laughed in wonder at such a thing. Now, I don't! I think they were on to something!

Of course, maybe you did not want your man to go away. Maybe that was not your intention. But, your method could be helpful for those of us who have some interest in making a particular person more irrelevant in their lives.

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
Somewhere in these threads, Chaol makes mention of how EC can be more efficient than witchcraft. I understood what he meant, because there was a time when I played around with spells and amulets and such.

I had met a man that I really liked, but his feelings towards me were unstable. This was all right, really, because I was not looking for anything long term. I made a little something on a new moon that I activated by wearing it over my heart until the full moon, with the intent that we would get together and enjoy ourselves for awhile.

I gave this little something to the man and explained its meaning. He was thrilled! He carried it with him everywhere. One weekend, we were at a festival, sitting in his car for a moment, when he got upset because he had dropped this item and couldn't find it. We looked all over for it and finally gave up.

I want you all to know that this fling with an interesting man stretched to ten years! I could not get rid of him! After a couple years, it was clear that we were not meant for each other, but he clung to me like butter on toast.

I still blame it on his losing that spell-bound item in his car. He finally sold that car! And that is about when we butted heads for the final time and said our last goodbyes. Such a relief!

Very interesting. I've wondered about the symbols we've used in the past. You know they are still active in some way, just maybe less relevant.

Witchcraft is just trying to do what we already do. I was writing my own sigils when I found these threads.

Odd coincidence that two of you were writing sigils when you found this thread...and that you had already communicated between you.

Since you know about sigils, all you need to do, IMHO, is replace those symbols with the neuronicons. Of course, there is a different philosophy behind the neuronicons, but it should be an easy segue.

And, of course, "they" do not change. You do.

I do wonder why there are people who are so opposed to subjects such as these? I like to think that I am tolerant of other's belief systems. I have always asked questions of those who are very different from me and have listened to their explanations. I just store it away in my mind and don't really judge them on it. I may decide that their viewpoint doesn't really interest me, but I don't condemn them to hell for what they believe.

So, why do I have so many "others" in my perspective who condemn ME to hell for my beliefs and interests?

Obviously, it is me reflecting my own judgement of myself, but I don't understand why, or how to get past it. If I'm not hurting anybody, then why should anybody else care what I think or do?

(Hope I'm not being a hypocrite, here.)

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
I've been banned for 60 days and am finally back onto the forum. I have a ton of material to share with you all, so excuse me if it appears that I am spamming the board. I am also reading over the past two month's posts, and may be bringing up old subjects for comment. Please forgive me for doing this.

I would like to report that I have been paying much closer attention to phosphene light episodes, which was touched upon earlier in this thread. I have been catching sight of fabulous patterns, which I have been drawing in colored pencil. I have a sheaf of them now. Since I like needlework, I have been imitating some of these patterns into solid objects. Someday, I will take photos of the patterns I've drawn and then the material imitations, and post them. Some of the patterns cannot really be reproduced, because they move. They have action.

I have also been paying closer attention to changes in perspective. There are glimpses of situations and events that are completely unrelated to my current environment. These glimpses are so quick...so momentary...that a person really needs to be on the lookout for them. I think this is what Chaol has written about when he says that our brains filter out a lot of other things that are going on around you. When I try to describe HOW I see these things, it occurs to me that it is very much like looking around a corner.

This may have something to do with angles.

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
2012 is when the lights come on, and the actors begin to be exposed for what they are.

It starts with the son of Malcolm Little (Shabazz) and his 60's fling and her extended family (all of these actors what you would call "CIA" and related operatives, each serving a grand purpose).

I mentioned previosly that "we apologize" for this figure but "it will make more sense later".

Now is the time.

When a fascinating story is exposed then the branches of it come to light, along with actors' multiple characters and scenes.

Your reality breaks down at this level, the stage crumbles. You no longer know what to believe.

"As above, so below"; the world that you thought you knew so well suddenly becomes mysterious.

The dream world opens. 'Truth' stranger than fiction.

Why does it happen?

The illustration of this unknown truth in physically-oriented exposures dictates the grandest illusion. Your perspective creates actors reading from this single script in response.

The more popular it is (seemily good or not) the more likely it is to be a child of this illusion. Be it Coke, McDonald's, Facebook, Google, current affairs, Gaga, or whatever the 'hottest' person or thing is. There is no conspiracy save for the illusion of your own perspective.

Welcome to the dream world.

Since I seem to be unbanned for the moment, I thought I'd share that when I was introduced to this youtube channel, [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] it reminded me of the quote from Chaol above (from pg 74).

I couldn't load the link.

Funny, though, I logged on to share this piece

[link to www.globalresearch.ca]

and was just looking for that exact quote that you posted. Maybe your link is the same piece of news? Maybe not and another entertaining co-incidence ;)

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
Somewhere in these threads, Chaol makes mention of how EC can be more efficient than witchcraft. I understood what he meant, because there was a time when I played around with spells and amulets and such.

The Genius has always reminded me of rituals, spells, poppets and things that one might come across in Wicca /Paganism. The big difference being that a good Genius symbol does not have any associations (or as few as possible) whereas occult symbols have wide-ranging meaning built into them.
The Rules (Logic) to a Genius, though, are very 'spell-like'.

And, bringing my non-virtual life into this...

just now, my daughter in law was struggling with streaming eyes from chopping onions. I told her that it is said that sucking a spoon will help. She tried it and instantly the stinging went away. Genius!
