Quoting: VerT 5 grams of Argenine at night and 20mg NADH in the morning. Only side effect is I always get a hardon. Went from 145/90 to 115/70. That is a side-effect I can probably live with! Interesting... Fast acting I suppose? |

Both. the lowest I can get relaxing for 20 minutes is 138 / 95 are you joking or what ? what readings have you in distress ? i'm walking around for six freeeekin years w/uncontrollable HIGH blood pressure readings vary from 190s over 110 whatever to 160s over 100 and on and been on various medications ONE which gave me chronic renal failure, so of course IF so concerned..go to the doctor, get the prescription and research the medication. check out on utube lower my blood pressure and the other presentations... and again--definitely KNOW what YOUR medication is supposed to do and the side effects and are there any class action lawsuits recalls etc. |

I quit taking my meds last year for a while and slowly started feeling worse. One day, I felt so bad that I went to the urgent care clinic and they checked it and it was 220/110 The Lisonopryl I take keeps it around 130/90. Which for me is fantastic. |

Your weight looks great. I used to be in a similar BP bracket as yourself. Some of it was T therapy, but most of it was stress. I cut out both and everything went to normal. My stress came when I started short term market trading  I stopped that and now stick to long term, no fucks to give - I'll look at those equities next year investing. Fuck high stress speculative day/swing trading. I'm 54, 6ft, about 198lbs, fit but I don't kill myself trying to be 20 again either, BP is usually around 121/80. I take absolutely no meds of any kind. Pressure to perform every single day was my personal culprit. It's a silent killer. For many people in situations where they have extra high stress from a lot of responsibility, I don't know what to say. The more we put on our plate in life, the more stress we must endure. For some, the stress rolls of their shoulders. I'm not one of those people, so I adjusted my plate load. Hope you find a good balance Wyatte. |

Exercise and a measured diet will get it back in order quite easily. Mine was 190/125.. Now that's high. A plethora of pills and I'm back to normal... ish. |
