Could this have anything too do with that RQ-170 sentinel that was hacked down in Iran, ive heard on this site he made a trip too Iran or was in communication with them, so im not sure whether this point is valid, what did this guy do in the satelite communications industry anyways.

I don't know if this has been confirmed....That the Swedish passport belonged to a lady that was alive and well and in Sweden!! I have read this in a few news sources and online forums but it didn't come from the French police. Can anyone confirm or deny???

This is sounding an awful lot like that Mossad hit against that Hezbollah leader in Saudi Hotel, all of the KILL TEAM on faked passports.

maybe the family was "escaping" to sweden
swedish lady was to guide them into country
random killed biker was also to go

all for protection

raf biker: spying on them, or spotter for shooters

trajectory of bullets would be interesting

were the shooters snipers and ground force combined?

bump and suggest pin

I don't think those questions will be answered any time soon. Certainly not by the Gendarmerie anyway...Rightly so too!!
They are keeping their info very close to their chest much to the annoyance of the British press who are now speculating loads with their "experts" who know as little as we do.

2 things we do know and I have mentioned in this thread and were never picked up on.
1.)Letter Rogatory/Rogatory interviews infamously take weeks though in most cases months to process, even in high profile cases. This case took 24 hours. Why did the French request it so quickly and why did the British grant permission so quickly?

2.)The day after the intial forensic search of the Al-Hilli home the firearms specialists did a search with armed officers..why? What was found yesterday? I know we can only speculate but I think this is important!

I think the almost un-precedented speed that the French were given permission to search the victims home is very important in this.

Torchia was born in 1620. He was apprenticed in Leyden under the Elzevir family. After returning to Venice he published small works on philosophical and esoteric themes. In 1666, Torchia published De Umbrarum Regni Novem Portis (The Nine Doors to the Kingdom of Shadows), which was in turn based on the Delomelanicon, or Invocation of Darkness, a work supposedly written by Lucifer and that would allow the reader to summon devils. The Inquisition condemned Torchia for magic and witchcraft and burned him at the stake in 1667.

-There was more than one killer, they know the number of weapons used and the type.

-The cyclist was shot 7 times

-The 7 year old was already outside the car when it started.

The rest of the article is speculation from John O'Connor and a few others but the above 3 points are FACT from the French investigators.

French police have just released the identity of the 'British' man driving the car where the family were shot in France.

I googled the man's name, Saad Al-Hilli, who was born in Iraq, and it turns out he runs an aerial surveillance business based in Wiltshire (where there's a huge military base) in the UK.

Police have said that the hit looked professional, 'like an assassination'. It was carried out with a semi-automatic. Doesn't sound like a straightforward car-jacking to me!

Investigators, however, have so far declined to reveal the results of ballistic tests on the 25 bullets fired in the attack, for fear it may jeopardise their inquiry.

Annecy’s state prosecutor Eric Maillaud has a team of forty officers working around the clock as pressure grows to catch those responsible.

In a press conference on Saturday, Maillaud flatly refused to answer many questions from the media but vowed to catch those responsible for the shootings.

Earlier Maillaud told FRANCE 24 that “the explanation for these murders presumably lies in Britain”. His colleague working with Surrey police in the UK, Colonel Marc de Tarle, said the investigation was likely to be "long and complex".

-Detectives are trying to trace a motorbike and dark-coloured 4x4 vehicle seen by a witness driving on the road near the scene of the crime shortly after the murders.

Local Annecy newspaper Le Dauphiné Liberé reported on Sunday that a female driver claimed she had been threatened by a hooded man, holding a handgun, who was travelling in a dark coloured 4x4. The incident reportedly happened Thursday night, the day after the murders.

No harm to the lady and I am sure she had a frightening experience but I am sure the shooters weren't hanging about to threaten random females.

i think they were in the wrong place at the wrong time saw the ciclist geting shot and they were the witneses and tryed to turn around and drive away but as they were backing up to turn round they were hit,the girl must have got out of the car and ran for her life then returned after the shooter had gone to see her parents and the other ciclist then saw her and phoned for help.they were on a regular family holiday with there kids an ordinary family,
i think they have nothing to do with this and were wittneses to the other bloke on bike being shot.if this irac bloke was the target they would have waited till he was alone not when he was with the whole family.
poor poor children i feel so sorry for them especialy the 4 year old girl as she was apparently very clingy and all her mom,now it must be very scary and sad for her, children that age dont understand death properly.its very very sad.
