What is called ”the abomination of desolation” has got two meanings in Scripture, one that is historical and one that is spiritual. The historical meaning comprises the Roman attack on Jerusalem and the destruction of the temple, whereas the spiritual meaning applies to the attack by Antichrist on the true apostolic church during the time period of the first three trumpets mentioned in the book of Revelation (Rev 8:6). When the pope gained power over Christendom as a result of the progress of Islam in the east and south, where it silenced the voice of opposition to the claim of the pope to be the highest authority of the church, the spiritual night came and with it the abomination of desolation.

The meaning of 666 in Rev 13:18 is that in that year true Christianity had lost and been conquered by falsehood. That 666 is said to be the number of a man means that it is a specific year, for all years in our most widely used time reckoning is based on the birth of Jesus Christ. That is why it is the number of a man also, besides being the number of the beast. This number can be calculated with the numbers given in the Bible, so that calculation starts with the ”70 weeks” given in Daniel 9:24.

The mark of the beast is received either on the hand or the forehead, or both, and it means that people receive false doctrine either as the only knowledge they can think of as true, or as their sincere conviction, which hand symbolizes.

Since Jesus has foretold that there will come a night when nobody can do work, we ought to understand that that night is not a literal night. That night is the falling-away, when falsehood rules the whole earth, and it should be in power for 1260 years from the year 666 CE. But notice that in Dan 12:12 there is said that those who wait will be blessed after 1335 days. What happened after 1335 years calculated from the year 666 CE if not what happened in 2001? In that year started the end time, as foretold by Scripture, and after that year, 2001 CE, will the two witnesses of God turn up to warn the world and give their testimony, first as witnesses, afterwards as prophets, for this is what the Lord promises in his sacred word, the Scripture!

But remember, most people will not accept the two witnesses or their testimony since their words will be quite opposite to what people believe and have learned in their false churches. I remind you of Psalm 75:6, which says the following thing:

”For neither from the east, nor from the west, Nor yet from the south, cometh lifting up.”

I speak to you from the north country, for here is the spirit of God as foretold in Zech 6:8. Let the devils burst into pieces with anger, but I tell you the truth. Blessed is the soul who understands, feels and accept that the true witness is the one who speaks these things! Those who oppose this testimony shall go to hell, for the great judgment of God has started and will grow worse and more visible with the passing of time. This is the great hour of trial, for now the whole world will be tested if they believe the testimony of the true witnesses of God, or not. Therefore, be careful and test these words with the greatest care and sincerity of heart, and pray to God to show you if it really is as I tell you.

The 7 trumpets and seals, and the Sabbath day and the eight day of circumcision, as well as the 42 months, are the true answer! When Jesus arose the NT time began, and in that period of time are included the 1335 days of Daniel 12:12. As a spiritual person you without doubt got it!

if we are converting days to years, i am simply pointing out how it is scriptural to convert days to millenia as well.....

if adam died in the day in which he did eat of the fruit of knowledge of good and evil, it woulld mean he was less than a thousand years old when he died......

the basis of the argument it to show how fallible a day for a year principle can be........

Learn your lessons before you even try to involve yourself in opposition with the true witness of God. The book of Revelation was written long time after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and in that book we find the 42 months of the beast to which also the 1335 days of Daniel 12:12 are related.
