Macron's address, on top of other countries so-called measures to curb the pandemic, is going to fit perfectly on my update tomorrow, which is ready, btw.

So ahead of the curve like feb - again nobody believes me!

The update for October 15th. was already announced, and the general lines were ready 2 months ago.


I have said, several times, that I don't know what will be the path for the second wave : full lock-downs, whack-a-mole half assed-measures or let the virus ran amok.


The 15th October update was prepared for all of the above scenarios, in general lines, with changes according to events that will take place from August until October 15th.


Slowly, but surely, my personal theory that "they" will let the virus ran amok, betting on herd immunity, and faking measures that will have no impact, is now reality.



When I chose October 15th., as the due date for make or break time, I knew that by this date, there will be enough events that will confirm my theory.



As such, the tomorrow's update is not only a planned one, but is the most telling one, because it will show, what is coming, with almost 100% accuracy.


My update on 11th, called by myself, THE UPDATE, presented an image of what will happen in the next 6 months, IF full lock-downs are in place by the end of this month.


I hoped that this will be the case. It is not. Macron and others confirmed that we won't have full lock-downs this month.


This not only changes everything, but the planned update for tomorrow is more extensive, it covers the next 12 months, and the numbers are far more bigger.

I feel the same - artificial measures that aim the blame at the public but actually do fuck all.

We will see the true effects of exponential growth on the 90% of the worlds population that are waiting to catch it!

It is not going to be a pleasant scenario.

And the WHO now saying lockdowns are not necessary, gives world leaders a scapegoat if they chose to take that path.

There is nothing a politician loves more than making decisions for which they are not held accountable.

UPDATE: The curfew will be implemented in 8 French cities including Paris, for at least 6 weeks, December 1st

Other cities include Lille, Lyon, Toulouse, Montpellier, Grenoble and Rouen and Marseille

We all know that the virus is especially active between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m., and only inside metro areas.


Like vampires. Urban vampires.

Well, I get the humor but those are the hours people like to party and in close quarters, so in a sense, yes. But totally inadequate measures if life outside of those hours continues as is.

And they will continue to party, even more so.


Instead of leaving the pub at 11 p.m., go to a party and leave at 3 or 4 a.m...they will leave the pub at 8:30 pm and STILL go to the party, except now they can't leave the party until 6 a.m., because of the curfew.


These measures actually make things worse.

Perhaps. I am not agreeing with the measures and defending it, but most hard core party people don't want to start at 8:30. The French don't even go out to eat until 9pm. And most people can't stay out partying all night like that for too long if they work or have other responsibilities.

That's just mean. Lol.

Curfews only work if enforced. My country has had a curfew since March, but people do exactly what DR says: stay overnight, so the carriers have time to infect every single one.

What a mess... Looks like EU leaders are trying everything to avoid a real lockdown...

Btw, French people can still enjoy "matinee" parties!

Nothing against French people, it's almost the same in Italy, were Prime Minister said that people are no longer allowed to consume food and beverage outside bars and pubs after 9pm...
In the meanwhile Italian Police Forces are discovering (on a daily basis) pubs literally renewed as "illegal" dancing clubs.

THIS is why I have been baking mail and money since Feb. One hour at 200F. We already KNEW this months ago, although further confirmation is helpful.

Most packages go into my truck which is not in use. 104F/40C is no problem here in Texas even in this mild weather.

I just age the packages for a few days.
