Totally agree, you just have to look at the grouping of the shots on the car window, this was no spary and pary job. No gunshots heard so suppressed weapons were most likely used. Somebody went to alot of trouble to kill these people.

the dead cyclist was meeting the guy in the car to discuss or trade nuc data. the dead cyclist was being tailed by the "ex-raf" guy. another agency was interested in stopping the meeting and sending a message. bad timing.

- unless mr.raf did it.
