the most intelligent men in history have been religious who came to the conclusion that God created the heavens and the earth and all that in them is.
not "nothing exploded and then dinosaurs"

I dont think this is the case at all, while certain things about religion are not accurate and primitive, the ignorance and rejection of them outright without considering their historical and anthropological values is not scientific or intelligent at all. |

In my personal view, faith does not have to be blind acceptance, but comes through wisdom and experience - but a lot of what we see now days trying to pass as 'science' is really just marketing, and people would rather have their 'facts' doled out to them, which again isn't scientific or intelligent. It's a fine line, actually its a tenuous web. |

Basic intelligence test.
Draw a rectangle.
Draw a borizontal line through the middle.
Draw two verticle lines in the lower half equally spaced so the bottom half has three equal sections.
In the top half draw one verticle line making two equal sections.
You should have a rectangular box with 5 compartments.
Taking a pen or pencil and starting anywhere you like in or out of the diagram draw a continuous line bisecting...only ONCE..each wall segment on the diagram.
You cannot pass through the same segment twice.
