My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 HPV throat cancer in October. We are still reeling. He does not smoke or drink, 61, excellent health. We are still deciding what to do, how to treat, standard or alternative (already doing some) and just yesterday we were told that a CT scan has spotted something on his lung and they want to do a PET scan. Were told that if it has metastasized there, there is no treatment. I did not beleive the oncologist because they will always treat, but I have been on the internet today and it is so. I am .......well, I don't even know what to say. Tomorrow is our 33rd anniversary. I just needed to say it. Thank you all for listening.
