And in the same way as the mentioned dictatorships of the Planetary Underworld enjoyed the overwhelming support of their subjects, we may well come to see a strong support by the subjects of the “Democracy” of the US and the “popular” regime of China as the Fifth NIGHT begins to rule in the Galactic Underworld. Especially in the United States people are already on a massive scale DELUDED into thinking that they are Free. Those with knowledge of the changing energies of the Mayan calendar will NOT be as easy to manipulate by fear, since they are aware of the wave movement of history. The Shift from Chaos to the Enlightened World Following the Fifth NIGHT large groups of people will however in the Sixth DAY break away from hierarchical control and guided by their intuition find a path towards increased wholeness. This is when the hierarchies will really start to break down, probably largely in a chaotic way. Yet, this is exactly the kind of chaos that is needed for the Recreation of an Enlightened world. Creativity is born out of chaos and if you think more deeply about it you realize that there is no linear way from today’s world (2004) to the Enlightened (2011). Instead the Enlightened world can only emerge out of a series of transformative pulses, including periods of destruction, such as the Fifth NIGHT. The Paradox to understand is that the very process that seems to break down the world economy and political dominance is also the one that paves the way for Enlightenment. The emergence of a fully Enlightened collective state of consciousness can only thrive in a global consciousness that is balanced. This is because the imbalance that has been dominating humanity for some 5000 years has had its direct cause the dualist frame of consciousness that was ruling throughout this time. I feel however that the kind of Enlightenment humanity will approach as the cosmic plan is completed in 2011 will NOT be like anything that has existed previously. Although there are many descriptions of enlightened beings and ascended masters from human history I personally think that their states of consciousness in various ways have been limited by the creation fields that were ruling at the particular time they were (or are) living. Only in 2011 will all veils separating human beings from the Divine be removed and the supramental consciousness of the Universal Underworld will be unexplored territory. In a sense we are talking about the emergence of an entirely new species of human beings. For the first time Enlightenment will take place in a balanced global creation field and this certainly will influence the depth and scope of the cosmic consciousness that may be attained. Sometimes, as in the case of 9/11, they point us in the right direction. When it comes to ET contact with Earth and her people, there are strict protocols to be followed. Once you know these protocols, you will be able to determine how best to respond to the October 14th contact should it occur. Galactic Federation Protocols for Planetary Engagement Below are three of the Galactic Federation Worlds (GF) protocols regarding contact with Earth and her people. 1. Contact must be initiated at a time when humanity has achieved a level of spiritual growth sufficient to maintain a state of peace. 2. Contact must be initiated in a location in which the locals are most open to the experience. 3. Contact must be for the purpose of establishing intergalactic relations only. If you want to know just how little faith people have in the US economy, watch the price of gold. Just yesterday the price of gold jumped $70 in one day. The U.S. is not the only country with problems, but I won't go into that. The question is, have we attained the conditions stated in Protocol 1? If not, then any ET group making contact is in direct violation of this protocol, which begs the question; why now? The world is in a state of crisis. Any group making contact now is sure to be looked upon as saviors. Keep in mind that the one who saves has all the power. Going further, there is another aspect we must look at and that is whether this ET group is really from the GF or a group masquerading as such? There is much evidence of ET groups working with the U.S. Military and a plan in place for a fake First Contact scenario involving these ETs. Just think for a moment; President Bush has been trying for some time to declare Marshall Law. All he needs is an event that creates major public unrest do it. A couple of ET ships showing up in the skies over the Bible Belt would certainly do that. And even if the ETs emit some sort of energy to reduce the fear generated by their presence, what happens when they leave? I don't believe the population will take the news of ET presence sitting down. The stir their presence would have caused will spread like wildfire through the population, creating all sorts of havoc. Just think, once that occurs, the banks close and you loose all your money. Is that what we really want? Is that what you want? Protocol 2. As I understand it this contact is to be in the Southern part of the U.S. in the state of Georgia. Having been raised in the South, I am fully aware that it is possibly the worst place for a first contact. The South is known as the Bible Belt for good reason. It is a stronghold of Christianity. The Christian faith (I was raised Christian) does not support the idea of ETs so why make contact in the South where the possibility of a negative reception is so great? I ask you, does this satisfy the requirements of Protocol 2? Protocol 3. There are a number of channelers and messages which state the agenda of the ET group intent upon making this contact. I have not read them all so I will not say what the actual intent is. Nevertheless, the timing could be better. If this group wishes to support humanity in keeping with the GF's High Council post 9/11 decree to have faith in humanity and allow us to save ourselves, they will wait until we have done so before making contact. And as soon as I asked, I saw the Net of Light and underneath the Net lay a map of the world. It was a strange sort of map- nothing like anything I'd seen before. A picture of pathways and cross-currents, a map of earth's connections. With a sudden flash of light millions of pathways, roadways, and waterways lit up. These underlay the Net of Light, and connected everyone and everything to everything else. "We are one world," I marveled as I stared at the structure of lighted ways. "WE are one world," I repeated as I saw that what we are trained to see as boundaries, frontiers and demarcation lines on the world map are actually artificial. Each of them is man-made and was created at some time in the past to divide us, not unite us. "The time for division is over," the Grandmothers said. "Now is the time for union. This is what you have all been waiting for," they smiled and nodded. "Many of you have looked forward to this for many years. You call this the Golden Age, but in actuality it is the time of unicity. Oneness," they said. "It is time to return to oneness. This is the truth," they said and fixed me with a penetrating look. "During the period of transition from the old way to the new you will be tested over and over again," they said. "There are those living now who are in opposition and resistance to the times that are approaching. They will seek to control you. Not everyone will welcome the Golden Age. At least not at first," they said and nodded to one another. "People like these seek control," they said and then they began to laugh. Chuckling at first, they quickly broke into gales of rolling laughter, slapped one another on the back and finally collapsed into a pile of flailing arms and bobbing heads. They were so undone by this moment of hilarity that as I watched them, them, I picked up their mood and giggled along with them. The image of puny human beings trying to control the will of the universe had put the Grandmothers in stitches. But at last they wiped their eyes, shook their heads and as they got their breath, said, "The times of domination are over. "Your job now is to stay awake," they said and eyed me fiercely. "Stay awake and tune your dial to truth," they said. "We have mentioned that many will seek to control you at this time. This is true. Therefore it is your job to listen to your inner guidance and not be swayed by attempts to persuade you to follow someone else. Stay tuned to truth. Listen within and trust your body," they said. "Your body knows a lie when it hears one. You will feel warm and open whenever you are in the presence of truth. And in the presence of untruth you will find yourself hardening and contracting. Many times in the past we have encouraged you to trust your body, and we remind you now of how important that is. "And most of all," the Grandmothers said, and here they stopped and stared at me over the tops of their noses, "Stay away from those who peddle fear. These people seek to set you one against another. They try to divide you, to convince you that the 'other one,' the 'different one' is your enemy. They set race against race, class against class, and culture against culture. They try to control with religion and clannish beliefs, and always they use fear to dominate. They will use anything at their disposal now to try to take control of you and of your world. And as the era of domination comes to a close, they are getting truly desperate. Watch out for them," they said and narrowed their eyes. "This is your job. Stay awake," they repeated. "Yes, Grandmothers," I gulped, my eyes wide. "We are guarding you," they said. "We are guarding the entire earth at this time. So do not be afraid," they said. "Everything is evolving the way it must. Trust in us," they said, "call on us, and keep your eyes open. It is true," they said, "that you were born for these times." |
