I felt this was appropriate here; I hope you all like it. :)

I wish for you to appreciate the light which shines around you, in beauty, in love. Today, push all the darkness of fear away and shine out with love, with wisdom, with beauty. And appreciate the light which surrounds you, through other people, through nature.

Begin with a physical appreciation of light. Look at an object and see how it is partially in shadow. Observe where the light is coming from. Stand outside and look at the light from the sky. See the effect it has on the world around you, how the light of the sky affects the colors of the world, how it bounces off the surfaces, how the gray day and the bright sunny day make the entire world appear different.

First, just fall in love with light. Appreciate its wonder. See how it makes everything fuller, brighter, vibrant and alive. See how the shadow is just the absence of that light. See how you can make the shadow go away by increasing the light, make the shadow move by moving the light. And observe too that a very intense light sometimes creates an intense shadow. Just enjoy yourself by observing light.

And then, I wish for you to see yourself as a light. See that you have a spark within you, in your solar plexus. This is the spiritual spark of youness which you contain. It holds within it the seeds which were planted when you were born, of your highest intention. It holds your connection with your own personal truth. It holds your connection with your higher self and the great all of which you are a part.

And the most marvelous thing is that this little light can be increased so that you glow with all that is you. All you need to do is close your eyes, breathe deeply and focus on this light in your center. Feel its peace, its quiet. Know it as love, for that is what it is: love and light. Then let it expand. If you like you may open the top of your head and allow the light from your higher self to pour into you, reaching down to your spark to fill you. Or you may simply expand outward from your own center.

First, fill yourself with light and love. Feel how all of the shadows, all of the fears and worries and doubts simply evaporate in the power of your loving light. Center yourself completely, so that you can feel your shoulders relax, hear your mind clear and quiet, feel the peace settle through your entire body.

And then, after you have stayed in this clear mode for a moment, then just shine out; let the boundaries of your shine reach out further. See how your own shine can eliminate the darkness of doubt and fear which is surrounding others. See how the shine within you can encompass others and make them feel that they are cared for, that they are appreciated, that they are loved.

For when you are shining from within, in your own core of truth and love, you cannot help but be kind to others, to speak to them easily and lovingly, to be filled with compassion and forgiveness. And in that shining mode, you are giving them what they want most of all in the world: the simple recognition that they are appreciated, that they are acceptable, that they have nothing to fear from you.

Be the light. Shine.

hey divinity.... a year or so ago on a glp thread inquiring about favorite websites and forums you gave a link for a proboard forum called mental floss. i really enjoyed reading what those folks had gathered and did so for a few months before i lost my computer access. i didn't write the exact address down and have had no luck finding it since.

Having told you that you are exactly where you are meant to be as the end-times play out, also understand that this is to place you in a position where you will learn lessons about the Light. There is much soul searching amongst those who find themselves obeying earthly powers, and they find that they are consciously aware of being out of resonance with the promptings of their Higher Self. All of the time the dark are crumbling and their plans are thwarted, the Lightworkers are coming to the fore and you will have noted a sudden surge in the revelations that are bringing out the truth. Great souls that have bided their time for such an occasion are making themselves known, and they step into the public eye and battle arena to make their truth heard. They will be assailed from all sides in an attempt to discredit their words, but you are becoming much wiser now and see through the tactics of those who oppose them.


Let the confrontations proceed while you go about your own life, contributing what you can to aid and back up those who lead the way to change. The mass consciousness is rapidly changing and as unreliable as your polls can sometimes be, they do nevertheless show the dissatisfaction with your current leaders and their policies. What is important is the recognition that your Constitution has been violated over many years, but never as much as during the years of the present Bush administration.
