Navy Plans Electromagnetic War Games Over National Park and Forest

...According to the Navy's so-called environmental assessment, the purpose of these war games is to train to deny the enemy "all possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation (i.e. electromagnetic energy) for use in such applications as communication systems, navigation systems and defense related systems and components."

"Nonthermal disruptions have been observed to occur at power densities that are much lower than are necessary to induce thermal effects. Soviet researchers have attributed alterations in the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system to the nonthermal effect of low level RF/MW radiation exposure."

The report concludes, "Experimental evidence has shown that exposure to low intensity radiation can have a profound effect on biological processes."

"What is at stake is not just whether the military is allowed to use protected public lands in the Pacific Northwest for its war games, but a precedent being set for them to do so across the entire country."

Yeh, I'd say this is a knee-jerk reaction if the Russians have indeed caused the U.S. to re-think their whole operation, and we can imagine how the warhawks in Washington are taking this.
From this piece it doesn't sound like the U.S. Navy are going to get an easy ride getting permissions to conduct their war-games in this area.
This is an interesting situation where the U.S. ability to wage war comes slap bang up against the U.N. Agenda 21's express need for pristine areas. A bit like two chess pieces on the same side being in the way of each other...guess it'll depend which according to ttwb is more expendable.

Living under the sea:
Japanese visionaries unveil underwater city plan
[link to rt.com]

The outlandish plan envisages a spiral-shaped structure comprised of three major sections. Floating slightly above the surface the structure will be topped by a 500-meter sphere.
The central part is a spiral 15km long with room for business zones, residential areas and hotel rooms for about 5,000 people, according to the plan.
And at the very bottom at about 3,000 to 4,000 thousand meters under the sea the spiral will be linked to an “earth-factory” - a research center for developing energy sources.
The plant located there is to produce methane from carbon dioxide by using microorganisms called "methanogens".

The innovators also want to use the seawater temperature differences to produce electricity – a concept known as ocean thermal energy conversion. The Ocean Spiral will also produce desalinated water using hydraulic pressure and have fish farms built around it.
“The ocean has an infinite amount of possibilities” and such a project could help people to put them to practical use, Shimizu Corp. said in a statement.
Shimizu Corp is planning to use technologies it thinks will be plausible in the future such as an industrial-scale 3-D printer and to build the Ocean Spiral out of resin instead of concrete.

Giant sinkhole swallows up old mine in Russia's Urals (PHOTOS)
[link to rt.com]

A sinkhole 20 by 30 meters (65 by 98 feet) in size has been found near a Uralkali mine in Russia's Perm region.
Before the giant hole appeared near the town of Solikamsk, the company, which is Russia's biggest potash miner, evacuated workers at the Solikamsk-2 mine, due to the inflow of saline water. Operations at the site have been halted, and the level of underground water is being monitored.
Various possible impacts of the brine on connections [between the two mines] are being studied now, not to let the flooding of the first mine happen. The final decision will be made in two weeks ...
The company's facilities in the area have previously been affected by similar incidents. Uralkali's oldest mine was shut down in 2006 due to water inflow, which also caused a sinkhole to form in the town of Berezniki, which is the second largest town in Perm region.
Another sinkhole appeared in Berezniki in 2011, when a round hole as wide as 137 meters (450 feet) formed less than a mile away from a residential area.

nothings just black and white.......
.....did you know that Howard Hughes became obsessed with the movie Ice Station Zebra. cool2
 Quoting: mu 12366981

Storyline:
Commander James Ferraday, USN, has new orders: get David Jones, a British civilian, Captain Anders, a tough Marine with a platoon of troops, Boris Vasilov, a friendly Russian, and the crew of the nuclear sub USS Tigerfish to the North Pole to rescue the crew of Drift Ice Station Zebra, a weather station at the top of the world. The mission takes on new and dangerous twists as the crew finds out that all is not as it seems at Zebra, and that someone will stop at nothing to prevent the mission from being completed.

Wiki: [link to en.wikipedia.org]
Drift Ice Station Zebra, a British meteorological station built on an ice floe in the Arctic Sea, has suffered a catastrophic oil fire; men have died and shelter and supplies have been destroyed.

Admiral Garvie questions Dr. Carpenter at length asking why a civilian and a non US Citizen should be allowed aboard the USS Dolphin and says that he can countermand the CNO's instructions and refuse transport to Dr. Carpenter. Carpenter is thus forced to reveal that this is not simply a rescue mission; the station is actually a highly equipped listening post, keeping watch for nuclear missile launches from the Soviet Union.

Now think about the current situation between US-EU-UK and the BRICS & regarding Ukraine and Russia which is more then meets the eye and goes deeper then the media will ever report !

After a tense, desperate search, the Dolphin finds open water and surfaces just five miles from the station. Carpenter, Executive Officer Hansen, and two crewmen make the perilous journey through an Arctic storm on foot, taking with them as many supplies as they can. Zabrinski, one of the crewmen, breaks his ankle on the way. After a harrowing trek they reach Zebra. Devastation awaits them. Three of the eight huts and almost all supplies have been destroyed by a widespread oil fire. Eight men are dead - burnt to a crisp. Eleven men are alive, but barely. While the victims are being tended to, Carpenter does some investigating on his own.

Zabrinski -vs- Brzezinski ???
11 alive -vs- 11 dead DWH ?

Carpenter announces that the fire was no accident. He reveals to the Captain that he is an MI6 officer. Carpenter's real mission is to retrieve photographic film from a reconnaissance satellite (see Corona) that has photographed every nuclear weapons installation in the U.S. The film, ejected from the satellite, had landed near Zebra

hmmmm reminds me of all the new satellites that have been launched by the Russians/Azians ....
and the missing satellite data regarding Ukraine ;)

Further in the wiki-link you can read the true origin and parallels with real life [COLD WAR] back in that time. Interesting.

On May 6, 2013, the Hollywood Reporter reported that Warner Bros. will undertake a remake of Ice Station Zebra, with Christopher McQuarrie signed to direct and write the screenplay for the film

Mystery submarine sighting gives clue to Russia's Arctic ambitions
[link to www.telegraph.co.uk]

SNIPS
Norwegian scientists apparently spot aging nuclear research vessel, part of President Putin's plan to send 6000 troops to an area rich in oil and gas.
A chance encounter by scientists adrift on an Arctic ice floe has given the first clues to a new Cold War being played out in in the far north, where Vladimir Putin has made no secret of his ambitions to extend Russian influence.

Yngve Kristoffersen and Audun Tholfsen, two Norwegian researchers, were coming to the end of their day when they spotted something unusual on the water.
Turned out to be a submarine at the surface in position: 89° 17.5' N, 172° 42.9' W
They did, however, obtain several photographs which show a distinctive profile, with the outline of the fin and bulbous bow pointing to her being a Russian nuclear submarine.
She has been potentially identified as the Delta class boat Orenburg.
If so, then the scientists met an old monster, a former ballistic missile bomber which displaces 13,700 tons when submerged, and was originally commissioned into the Northern Fleet in 1981.
Later refurbished to be able to launch and retrieve a mini-submarine, she is now believed to be used for classified deep-sea research.

During the Cold War there were numerous tense skirmishes between Western and Soviet submarines below the Arctic cap, the details of which still remain largely classified.

The British and US submarine services who, by tradition, work extremely closely, have never dropped their guard in the intervening years.
They will now be using every intelligence-gathering technique available to them to monitor current Russian activity.
"There is almost certainly a US submarine there now
," said the source.

So much similarity !!! jumpclap

-Just Declassified: Spy Satellite KH-9 Hexagon
[link to www.space.com]
The National Reconnaissance Office just released video from codename Hexagon, a Cold War era spy-sat photo program. Twenty KeyHole "Big Birds" were launched from 1971 to 1986. Their resemblance to Hubble Space Telescope is not merely coincidental.

- OUT OF ISS: RUSSIA GOING SOLO WITH SPACE STATION? -
[link to www.n2yo.com]
The Russian space agency is reportedly considering construction of a high-altitude orbital station starting from 2017. This means that Moscow may walk away from the ISS after 2020, when its obligations under the current project are fulfilled. Kommersant newspaper reported that the manned space exploration program for the period until 2050 implies step-by-step assembly of a new scientific space station, citing its sources in Central Research Institute for Engineering Technology, Roscosmos space agency's leading space scientific and research enterprise. The principal difference from the currently operating International Space Station will be the new Russian station's high-altitude orbit with a 64.8-degree inclination, which would make up to 90 percent of the Russian territory visible from on board, including Arctic shelf seas.

- Cold War-style spy games return to melting Arctic
[link to stratrisks.com]
In early March, a mysterious ship the size of a large passenger ferry left a Romanian wharf, glided through the narrow Bosporus that separates Europe and Asia, and plotted a course toward Scandinavia.
About a month later, at the fenced-in headquarters of Norway’s military intelligence service, the country’s spy chief disclosed its identity. It was a $250 million spy ship, tentatively named Marjata, that will be equipped with sensors and other technology to snoop on Russia’s activities in the Arctic beginning in 2016.

Even before the Ukraine crisis put a chill on cooperation between Russia and the West in the Arctic— joint military exercises have been suspended and Canada skipped a meeting of an Arctic environmental task force in Moscow in April —Western nations in the region accused Russia and China of launching cyber-attacks and other espionage operations.

In Canada, a naval officer was sentenced a year ago to 20 years in prison for spying for Russia. And in December police arrested a Toronto-based employee of Lloyds Register accused of trying to supply China with sensitive information about Canada’s plans to build Arctic patrol ships. The Chinese government called the allegations groundless.

I see that more people (AC's) are getting the idea about May 2015

From now until then, we should supposedly... be observing the Sun, paying attention to what the Pope does, and decide whether or not we still want to follow them, or ourselves.. Which I believe that to be a more realistic "time line merge".

Because I think that when that happens, it will be very clear as to who is stuck in today's world, and who is free from the falling mess. Those who are so immersed in a system placed before them, versus those who have successfully seperated their feelings and beliefs in such a system and see the way it really is supposed to be.

IMO, that is a realistic "merge"

Reposting this for relavance and because I have a new account here and cannot access my old account for some reason. I have new information to add to this as flesh eating bacteria infections have increased a lot and wildlife has been severely affected by Synthia. Hope you guys dont mind if I repost this so that people know this new account is me, the same guy who posted the original thread.

I'll try to make this short, but there is a TON of info, so details will be scarce but I can and will answer questions in detail. This thread is dark and doomy but I simply have to do it, even though I hate to worry anyone, and it's length couldn't be helped, I'm sorry. I assure you this information is absolutely true.

PLEASE, if you skip long threads by default, READ THIS ONE, IF YOU NEVER READ ANOTHER!

It's the mother of importance, I assure you.

BP has tried to play God. They may have killed us all, already.

In 2007, BP, owned by a conglomerate of companies like the Carlyle group, Blackstone and others, which are in turn owned by such individuals as the families Rothschild, Rockefeller, Morgan, Carnegie, Schiff, Harriman and Warburg, formed an addition. There are some others, but those names should strike fear in all the hearts of decent men and women. These men own the world, for now.

On June 13, 2007(this is only the given date, the actual date is a corporate privacy matter) BP made a long-term research and development deal and an undisclosed equity investment into a company named Synthetic Genomics Inc. based in Rockville, Maryland. Synthetic Genomics was co-founded by Dr. J. Craig Venter to commercialize genomic-driven technologies. Genomics is the scientific study of the entire DNA sequence of an organism's genome. A genome is all the genetic information in the chromosomes of an organism, including its genes and DNA sequences.

This addition, sought to use the naturally occurring, oil eating bacteria found in the ground, usually in petroleum, and through DNA sequencing, created a natural organism composing of the genomes of several different varieties of oil eating bacteria. The goal was two-fold. One, create an organism to be injected into oil wells and start eating oil, in the process creating carbon dioxide gas which would pressurize the wells and improve the flow of gas and oil. This is MEOR, or microbial enhanced oil recovery, and 2 to better clean up or "eat" oil in case of spills.

They succeeded, and Venter filed patents under the company name JCVI.

2 exploratory wells were contracted in the GUlf of Mex. Transocean started the first well, in the mississippi canyon in Oct. 2009 but hurricane Ida damaged the rig. BP took over a year later and after ten days of drilling PERPENDICULARLY up under the North American Plate near Louisiana got high pressure and sea floor cracking. They applied to MMS and were allowed to just cap that disaster.

Next, they started the infamous well. On April 22, all hell broke loose as again, tremendous pressure and sea floor cracking occurred. We all know what happened next. The largest disaster in US history, but many events surround it, many I won't expound on until it's relavant.

Bear with me, please

In short, BP needed a new microbe. The old, natural ones just weren't enough to get the job done. So Venter played Dr. Frankenstien and by 2010, had created a synthetic bacterial organism with computer designed DNA that was self replicating. It has absolutely ZERO natural DNA. He called it Synthia. The tiny microbe contains added watermark chains to identify it as artificial. It is also, mindbogglingly, completely immune to antibiotics and has a voracious appetite for eating hydrocarbons. Or just carbon.

We are made of carbon, as is all life.

Anyway, this microbe they put in the place of the COREXIT used at the Exxon-Valdez spill. Numerous danger signs and warning bells were sounded by the EPA, OSHA and Coast Guard once BP began spraying "COREXIT" or Synthia all over the damn place. BP had safer dispersants and was even asked by the EPA to use JD2000 instead because it was much safer. BP said no. They didn't have enough, they said.

So BP sprays this shit ALL OVER THE PLACE. The water, and the shoreline. Injected in deep underwater. All to "break up" the oil, which is ALL still there, BTW. BP's super oil eater wasn't eating oil, but it killed every living creature that came near it. Many, many sailors helping in the clean up got very sick. Some died.

This continued for some time. Massive, diverse and thorough kills of ocean going creatures quickly followed and soon, mammal and whale deaths.

You see, the antibiotic Immunity of Synthia is built into its artificial DNA, and Synthia can merge with other bacterial organisms to form, to use a cliche term, a super version of itself, whatever it may be.

Of particular note are Vibius Vulnificus and Necrotizing Fasicitis, both flesh eating bacteria that have been around since Moses and have always been treated with antibiotics. They are, or are becoming, completely immune to antibiotics and are killing many people along the gulf coast.

When these and other diseases augmented by Synthia are consumed into the body through eating seafood or ingesting through water, etc, Synthia causes, LITERALLY, NO BULLSHIT, the MELTING of the central nervous system, massive internal hemmoraging and multiple organ failure, mainly the liver and kidneys.

I spoke with Kathy Birren for about 3 hours yesterday. She was Floridas state representative during the spill, and the one who dared Obama to come on down for a big plate of gulf seafood, twice, after he made the remark in a public appearance that the gulf seafood was safe to eat. He refused. He finally did eat some seafood in Florida somewhere else, but it was actually frozen and brought from somewhere else, east coast or farm raised. It was 100% for sure not fresh Gulf Seafood. She told me so much, her and her husband and I don't want to betray her trust but this I will share. Many of her close friends are very ill. Very ill. She is very sick, her husband as well. Many, many have died.

They have lost the will to fight, almost. They have received threatning phone calls, surprise health department "inspections" only a couple of weeks apart, and I mean like, full-on anal searches of their business for the slightest violation.

She toured the Gulf Coast for three years with several others trying to raise awarness and she told me she finally realized people flat just don't care. They are too wrapped up in themselves to want to affect a real solution.

Riki Ott, is the marine toxicologist who supervised the Exxon Valdez spill, and the BP spill. An EXTREMELY knowledgeable woman, needless to say. I am speaking with her tomorrow. She is a close friend of Mrs. Birren. Recently, Mrs. Birren spoke with Mrs. Ott about the beaching and deaths of 37 pilot whales in, IIRC, Sarasota Fl, and Mrs. Ott said this will be what shortly be what happens to humans, because humans are mammals too and are affected similarly, as far as internally.

Mrs. Birren's husband is a fisherman by trade, for over 30 years, and he has open, raw ulcers all over him, lung issues with blockage and a bad cough. They told me every fisherman they know, which is a shit. ton. almost ALL have the ulcerous lesions too, or the internal version. Blood from the rectum, urine and vomit.

The career shrimpers story I found appalling. They refused to go out and catch shrimp to sell for thier OWN FAMILIES LIVELIHOOD, because they knew the shrimp were not safe to eat. Most had tumors, or no eyes, or extra legs and all were filled inside with black oil.

BP told them that the EPA had a new test to determine if the seafood was safe. They simply just smelled it. If it smelled ok, it was good to go, and to go back to work, they were clear to resume shrimping, never mind the missing eyes, extra legs and penzoil filling. When the shrimpers refused on grounds that they would not deliver such VISIBLY toxic shrimp to their customers, BP CUT THEIR EMERGENCY FUNDING on the grounds that the shrimpers refused to go back to work after the "smell test" was instituted to determine the safety of their catch.

There is more, and I'll answer questions if there are any but i have to take my fam to incredible pizza and let these kids run some energy out. I will try and ask her if she will do a video interview with me next time if y'all would like that, but she actually has a 6 part series on YouTube. You should check it out. I am also speaking to Dr. Rick Steiner, another Marine Biologist, who actually spoke so openly and brazenly about this attrocity and others occurring in Alaska, he lost his teaching position at the university of Alaska. I'm really looking forward to that, and I'll try to at least do an audio on it.

There is more to follow, and i hate to say it but the worst is yet to come, but like I said, it's SO much info and I have no doubt I forgot a couple things and misspelled tons of things, and i doubt many will take the time to read this anyway, so that shouldn't matter.

Also, my son is hitting me in the head with a Kleenex box over and over, telling me it's time to go to ride bumper cars, so....there's that. I look forward to hearing ya'lls thoughts.

God Bless you all,
Newton
