Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
ok, so is there ANY information that there will be a tsunami or not? Is the floor rising? Has anyone seen a "massive" increase in oil or underwater activity that could correlate this warning?

We see military moving down south, but seriously that is not all that new. We need to know WHERE the military is forming to get a better idea of what their next move(s) might be.

All ships moving to shore - makes sense if the tropical storm is right in their way.

BUT

Why would they head to LA if there is a tsunami threat. It just seems strange.

A poster to this thread who may be able to help with "where" is "rocky" and if you catch him posting somewhere on the board, ask him. Alabama has military bases which can be used for receiving ordinance for logistical support.

The submarines are in the GOM to observe(spy). So I think the use of the word observe is appropriate. If the French sub was at periscope depth then it could easily view 88 body bags being moved to other ships.

I will try to make it more clear ;)
But I am very tired now ... from decoding and from putting 2 new BIG plants in BIG vases pffff... but it looks cool ;)

Okay :
Well I think it is about this vessel : "the US surface Vessel was NOT from the US Coast Guard"
You have the 2us vessel,
the cuban vessel with the dead,
the chinese vessel wich is giving assistence,
and the US vessel that is not a coast-guard vessel which was towing and evacuating the cuban vessel.

HOW can the captain OBSERVE (= SEE) that there are exactly 88 dead ???? So that's why I think that 88 is also a code. The captain could have HEARED about so many dead, but not see and count. They would have not had VISUAL on those 88 dead. Get it ? So that is strange to say.

"88" has been a common signature code in the past few years. It is a multiple of the base "44" similar to the use of "66" as a multiple of "33".

Generally, 33 is used to show the result (incident report) is from orders of the "boss" of Masonic faction.

44 is been a newer code, arising since the '04 tsunami, and is used to show intended result from orders of the "boss" of this faction. Unclear on exactly which group is using signature code 44.

Likely, the "88" in this report is code claiming the incident as an intended attack - and is not code directly from OP, except to pass on the faction message claiming responsibility.

Signature codes were effectively used during the recent Iranian rebellion and were fine-tuned down to a type of Dewey Decimal system. Lots of tweets during the rebellion because news service was open to only "approved" services. Someone posted the Dewey Decimal system for meaning with respect to who was involved. Once you had that numbered decimal system, we could read tweets and wire service reports and understand better what was happening. It was not the same as the news being reported.

[This is one reason Reuters is raising a fuss with glp. They know the codes, but report what and how they want. If we know the codes and chat the "real" news on message boards, it ruins their undeserved reputation as a reliable news service.]

Another example, locally we had a fire to burn down a historical church. News reported that 88,000 gallons of water was used to put out the fire. What the heck?? No one has ever before reported gallons of water used in a fire and in checking we found that there was not an effective way to measure the water use due to line leakage and other problems, and there was no reason for estimating water use. The news media was being used to let the "brotherhood" know that the fire had been deliberate. Long story short, the fire chief "quit" because he found another job in another place.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1046605

Thanx for your explenation :D
Things like that crossed my mind to kind of, the exact time OP gave and that number 88 had/has a special meaning.
In preveous DEDmessages he gave also numbercodes : 13111,
2230, 324141, 4068112, 101, 011888...
If we only knew more ...

Edit :
And HI too AC 979245.

There was only the US ship and the Chinese escort.
In a bio-threat level they ARE NOT GOING to move body's to other vessels, and also not in just ordinary bodybags, and even not 1 by 1 ...
QUARANTINE means : not move/displace and secure the area or place of contamination and threat.

I know for sure 88 was not about the amount of body's.

Yes I know,
that is why I thought that some the decoding of the last messages had to do with the Chinese a soon as I saw that post from KARU about China and US ! There was just to much that did not felt to go about the GOM and the subs there.

I am taking some time off to do some catching-up-things with my friends here.

Good day, on Wednesday my girlfriend told me that 14 European nations with russia china india and japan approved the Odessa Protocols at the embassy meeting. This morning the DED shows the change in DED signatures and that there are already 7 new vessels from the Odessa Fleet near the rim. 3 of the odessa fleet vessels are russian, 1 from germany and one from norway, 2 are from a salvage company registered in the netherlands and are not navy.

All I can find on this is that it is some sort of multi-national agreement hinged around environmental preservation.

Very interesting stuff, all.

Odessa Protocols appear to be for international migratory bird flyovers.

the map on the Odessa Protocals looks like NWO domination map, dividing the spoils.....

anywho I found ODESSA and like it.

ODESSA, (from the German Organisation der ehemaligen SS-Angehörigen, “Organization for Former SS Members”) is believed to have been an international Nazi network set up toward the end of World War II by a group of SS officers in order to avoid their capture and prosecution for war crimes. Several authoritative books by those involved in the U.S. War Crimes Commission (including T.H. Tetens and Joseph Wechsberg) have verified the organization's existence and provided details of its operations. Wechsberg studied Simon Wiesenthal's memoirs on ODESSA and verified them with his own experiences in the book The Murderers Among Us. In the realm of fiction, Frederick Forsyth best-selling 1972 thriller The Odessa File brought the organization to popular attention (the novel was turned into a film starring Jon Voight). Forsyth's ODESSA smuggled war criminals to Latin America.

The purpose of ODESSA was to establish and facilitate secret escape routes, later known as ratlines, for SS members out of Germany and Austria to South America and the Middle East.

In a note, persons claiming to represent ODESSA claimed responsibility for the 9 July 1979 car bombing in France, which was aimed at anti-Nazi activists Serge and Beate Klarsfeld.

It is reasonable to think that Protocol could be used to enter another county's bird "flyway." Migrant birds rest on water, or at least they do in my neighborhood every year.

The map didn't show it, but there is a major flyway from Canada across the US into Central and South America.
