it is called being in the 'moment'...
so into their writing that everything around them ceases to
exist.

Sitting by the fire... Elf suddenly sat up. Something was wrong, the forest was toooo quiet. The wind was not moving, the natural sounds of the forest were missing.

Looking around, she realized that no one else could feel it.
Glancing over towards GW, she sent a wave that was finally
able to get GW's attention.

This was not the normal feeling of when something was hunting
in the forest, this was the feeling when the forest could
feel something was wrong or something bad was about to happen.

Slowly getting up from the fire, she made sure that Ty was
still immersed in a deep discussion with a couple of new visitors to the thread. Even though there were a few that had visited before. Not to far away was Z, still thinking about how he was going to add a new twist to his recent games. All those she cared about were in the clearing and within the safety zone of the Firepit.

But the emptiness that was spreading was coming from deep in
the forest. It was causing those, both light and dark in the
forest to be still, so as to not draw attention to themselves.

For whatever was moving through the forest left a nothingness
in its wake.

Sliding quietly to the other side of the fire, away from those she cared for, she made to disappear into the forest. She did not want them following her, for what she had to do this night would ruin any image that she had wrapped around herself. The part of her that would hunt tonight, would not be gentle to any around her, and would be deadly to that which threatened those she cared for in this forest. Except one...."GW.. would you come hunt with me tonight?" she whispered across the fire... Not waiting for a reply, she turned and disappeared into the dark and silent forest.

Ground beef, carrots, onions, potatoes, beef broth...

Go nuts.

Use the broom to sweep up the mess you'll make.

Vegan stew version: maybe hint of beef broth, carrots, onions, and potatoes. (maybe distilled or squeaked pumpkin seeds or grind maybe?) - a bit of random thought thrown in, heh. Basil seasoning.

Meat stew version: full beef broth, ground beef, chopped t-bone steaks. Parsley or black peppers with maybe hint of salt seasoning. I dunno for sure, though.

You could start a small Green Witch restaurant business or something like that with specialty in stews.
