Yes, I still remember the "Xmas Hammer", Menow. I guess they use this lame story every year around xmas. Of course it never happened but at least Gerard Zwaan - Zwaanster the dumbest monster - claimed to be hit by it in late 2010.

But he was the only one being hit by it and you can still see the effects. Zwaanster is a walking dead, Mr. Jackass in persona, a guy who admires Ahmadinedschad and Hugo Chavez.

I guess Gerard Zwaan would have also admired Adolf Hitler 70 years ago. He is that kind of stupid follower who understands nothing and swallows/ believes every bullshit as long as it serves his advantage.

In a certain way the system of censorship on the poleshit ning looks like a relict of the Nazi-times. They try to use the same strategy and combine it with some elements of other cults and sects as Scientology or Hare Krishna.

There are not many followers left but the whole scenario remembers me the tragedy of the Heaven`s Gate cult. The last fanatic followers of Nancy Lieder are close to such an overreaction. So the police and some other official authorities should have an eye on this freaky cult, because they will outrage soon and nobody knows the result. The more predictions fail - and Nancy Lieder`s predictions always failed - the bigger is the danger that they will commit a kind of mass suicide or try even terroristic attacks.

Maybe you don't remember or know that Gerard was "Obany" from when Nancy had her live IRC chat. He was the thug policeman who would threaten and ban people for challenging Nancy's astronomical predictions and pronouncements. The archives are still available on the net- they are a hoot!

I have considered this since you posted. I believe that there are a multitude of answers ranging from dissatisfaction with the mundanity of life to a fear of our own mortality. Any doom will do providing that it changes the perception of life as it is. We have access to so much information without any real understanding. There are so many dots that one could draw a fully dressed Christmas tree when joining them; however I am unsure as to how understood each dot is. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing...leider (her name does not deserve the respect of a capital letter) has used this to her advantage; a little, provable fact combined with some cryptic, suggestive nonsense. This appears to be an inbuilt pattern to doomtards; choose a subject, throw in a respected scientific opinion then twist it into something entirely different. Scary. The earth, as we know it, will, inevitably change; eventually our sun will run out of hydrogen/helium and start to burn it's reserves of lithium7 and deuterium before dying. This is a fact. When it happens is another matter. We are travelling through an interstellar gas cloud however we have no real idea of the consequences. Personally, my daughter died a few years ago and so I search for impossible answers, something to justify the cruelty of loss but not doom. Something to occupy my thoughts probably and an interaction with others who know nothing of my loss and therefore offer an objective opinion. Too much merlot and I apologise for my ramblings! I think I may have come to a better understanding of why Astro felt truly threatened and vulnerable to online cretins. These people who believe in the idea of pole shift are truly creepy and deluded, and I think a significant number of them may actually be dangerous. If you threaten their beliefs they feel personally threatened and lash out.

Simple... they don't accept that Mars doesn't have an atmosphere. They will accept NASA images of alleged rats, but selectively reject anthing from NASA that doesn't align with whatever Nancy says. It's bizarre, but true.

Having checked the latest activity over a couple of days it really seems most people have left PSNing / ZT behind.

A couple of months ago many people were attending but now really only the Moderators and a handful of people post anymore.

They killed it - with the intention to create an ever closer circle.
Which isn't bad at all so fewer people are being mislead.... though if Nancy would have been kicked out earlier it could've actually taken a different path.


Its a fast sinking ship... and I sense the "captain" will just disappear like Scettino (the italians call him "cretino"=moron) did with the MS Concordia.

The fact that the ning is slowly dying isn't really a surprise. The same thing happened the last time she ventured off to another site where she could control every aspect of the discussion.
