The whole "lie" thing is indefensible.

If the Zetas lied to Nancy, then they don't trust her enough to tell her the truth. They could have easily told her the truth but not to share it. So Nancy should be leery that they could tell her anything and she'd buy it. If they lied to her about this, why is she not questioning everything? Especially because their explanation for the lie is ludicrous and does not make any sense at all.

If Nancy is the Zetas because she's just an ass with an attention craving, then she's stupid for even suggesting the lie. She should just have gone with the "our whole vision of the universe is being controlled by holographic projection" deal. Like Planet X is already here wiping us out, we're dead, but we're being shown this vision of earth while we are prepared for our next journey - heaven, hell, Disneyworld, whatever.

If Nancy is the Zetas because she is schizophrenic and has lost her mind, that would pretty much explain her strong desire to help people and her anger when people challenge her inaccurate statements. Actually, it would pretty much explain everything. Except, of course, why so many people believe it. And the big lie is just her half-witted, schizoid attempt to save some face.

It's obvious she's a halfwit because of her various attempts at astronomical explanations that are not even close to being correct. I wonder how many books on astrophysics she has and refers to constantly so she can make her commentaries and predictions sound credible? Apparently, none. So being accurate about her reporting is not even a consideration for her. Just one example - the moon not rotating, FFS. She is talking out her ass because she isn't serious about any of this and doesn't really give a shit. If she did, she'd at least study up on some basic astronomy.

Her vague predictions about weather, climate, earth changes, etc. can all be spinned when the entire scenario is ignored and one issue is focused on. These kinds of predictions have always been made. And if the New Agers who already know that what you keep visualizing in your mind is how you create reality, then the ones who are preparing for this and thinking about it constantly would also be responsible for making it happen. There is a difference between being prepared for a disaster and waiting around with bated breath for a disaster of epic proportions and being disappointed when it doesn't happen. It's my guess many people are wanting it to happen just so they can say "I told you so". Sick puppies.

Because of all of the above, there is no good reason to buy into any of this! Even if an asteroid was coming, I would rather be in the strike zone at ground zero and be vaporized instantly than to be lingering around after my food and water has been exhausted, fighting everyone else for the few remaining resources in the nuclear winter that followed. Oh yeah, I can't wait to stick around and get raped or killed, watch my animals get butchered and eaten or starve to death, and have to eat dirt and seaweed while there is no light at the end of the tunnel besides death. By focusing on this, this is what you are desiring to happen! Idiots!

Excellent points, Catseye. Based on past observations, I would say that the chances of any die hard Zeta fans responding to your post are slim. Max will probably try to steer the discussion away by posting dumb insults and graphics hoping to bury such damaging comments. That is really the only ammunition they have when up against a well thought out and sane assessment of Nancy and her "mission".

There is one important component to a successful cult that Nancy has overlooked. I call it the "pray it away" clause. It has been used by religions and so many other nutbar doomsday organizations including the Ashtar Command. The pray it away clause asks believers to pray, or to raise their vibration, or to do good deeds and think nice thoughts to try to prevent the bad things from happening. This way, when the doom fails to come as predicted, the leader can say that thanks to the hard work of the cult's light workers, the disaster has been postponed. This not only serves as a cover for failed predictions, it also makes the members feel special because they saved the earth and ultimately makes them more devoted to the cause.

The pray it away clause would have been a much better alternative than the "Great White Lie" which irreversibly damaged Nancy's credibility.

Yeah, I'm pretty much expecting a bunch of silly pictures and images. It's not easy for someone to get around a bunch of neurons that have been cemented in place by years of constant electrical impulses. Just look at other religions.

Is it still too late to use the special fallback clause? The "pray it away" would be the only way for the followers to save their own faces. It's beyond lame, but it's going to be all they'll have left. It won't taste as good as "I told you so", too bad.

What would really taste horrible and make them want to puke would be "there was never any way to predict something as catastrophic as a dramatic pole shift, there is no rogue planet, and we were duped by a crazy lady who doesn't even care enough about her own life and health to eat well".

The feeling of dread some of them are feeling may not really be that disaster is around the corner, but that somewhere deep down they know they have, in fact, been duped and that they are going to have to eat their words and have the bad taste after all. We have all done this before, we've all been duped as kids. But for an adult, it's quite a serious matter. It's a huge, emotional letdown to realize you are so easily duped and manipulated. And that you are, basically, a tard.

BTW, this has nothing to do with what may or may not happen in 2012, it has to do with the fact that there is no rogue planet in the inner solar system along with a dark twin of the Earth hiding behind the Sun! It's easier to believe in Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy! And I'd have millions of children on my side!
