Thread: Help
i need some advice about something and i think i am in the right place.

this is my first post and i found here by a google search and i have some information i would like to share.

i work in a crematorium and something has been seriously troubling me and i just need to get it off my chest so i will get straight to the point.

for the last few days something very unusual has been occuring. while we have been burning the bodies some of them have made noises. i mean proper horrible noises like screams as if they are waking up during burning but i know they are dead before they go in.

i know it sounds crazy and i have doubted myself but a colleague heard some of the sounds and they suggested it was the air inside the corpse or something, but they didnt hear what i had before that.

i dont know what to make of it, its got me really freaked out and if it happens again im not so keen on doing my job any more!

what should i do!?

How long have you been in this occupation? Because if you've been doing this for quite some time and have never heard this before...well then........that's pretty scary sh*t.

i have been over 12 years at this job and it has never happened before. sure there are noises while the bodies burn but never screaming.

its not just one of them either its happened for times in the last week alone.

its got me going out of my mind.

Cremation reminds me of the series Supernatural. To kill a 'spirit' or such, Dean and Sam would 'burn the bones' of the deceased to destroy it.

When reading the OP's story, that was my first thought.

Re: X Marks the Spot
The sunstone (Icelandic: sólarsteinn) is a type of mineral attested in several 13th–14th century written sources in Iceland, one of which describes its use to locate the sun in a completely overcast sky. Sunstones are also mentioned in the inventories of several churches and one monastery in 14th–15th century Iceland. A theory exists that the sunstone had polarizing attributes and was used as a navigation instrument by seafarers in the Viking Age.

I'm sorry to hear that. I get attacked almost every night by strange creatures, and nobody believes they exist. I almost feel that it's not coincidence that some of you are posting things happening to you around the same time things happened to me.

I think it may be life's way of confirming we're on a similar page though, and that's positive.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 44348372

Do not worry about them. I know what you speak of, although I don't know what it is. Release the fear, even though you may feel it at the time. They cannot 'harm' you, whatever they are, they can only prevent you from finding your greater self. Perhaps that is their purpose. I understand that fear can grip you in the moment, and that there is residual effects of that feeling. They cannot attach if you release the fear, though they still may bother you at times.

You are stronger than you think, trust me. Now, I confront aspects that you are experiencing. Does it help? Not really, except to know that they cannot attach. Think more of them as annoyances, though they can be quite convincing that they can somehow harm. They cannot. Again, they use the only tool available. And that tool makes you question your strength.

Think of it as a test. Do not doubt. Be.

do you notice that singular effect/synergy was left out of explanation in our past or at least clumsy in presentation
or maybe even our languages have altered so much it all got lost in translation which is why we are starting again in word sequences
and the good news is, thanks to global communications everyone hears it within the same time frame so this time we do not have linear time delay in transmission location to location cos all locations get the same sequence at the same time
makes a big difference
