Quoting: observationThe team from the University of Pennsylvania had discovered the quartzite sarcophagus of Sobekhotep I, which weighed about 60 tonnes, a year ago, but was unable to identify who it belonged to until last week, the ministry said. Its identity was established after the team found fragments of a slab inscribed with the pharaoh's name and showed him sitting on a throne, Antiquities Minister Mohamed Ibrahim said in a statement. "He is likely the first who ruled Egypt at the start of the 13th dynasty during the second intermediate period," the minister said............. [link to www.news.com.au] This quartzite box was recently found near Abydos in Egypt. The surfaces on the interior are incredibly smooth, and qaurtzite is MUCH harder than the bronze chisels of the "dynastic" Egyptians...maybe it is older.. Quoting: brien foersterJust saw this, don't think it was posted. [link to www.nbcnews.com] Senebkay's tomb was found earlier this month by a team of archaeologists led by the University of Pennsylvania's Josef Wegner. They came upon the structure while excavating the adjacent tomb of an earlier pharaoh, King Sobekhotep I. "We discovered an unknown king plus a lost dynasty," he said. "It looks likely that all of the 16 kings are all buried there. ... We now have the tomb for first or second king of this dynasty. There should be a whole series of the others.” “It unfolded over a couple of days," Wegner said. "It was a little bit like King Tut, in that we found the entrance first and it led us down to a burial chamber. We reached a painted limestone chamber with cartouches and the titular of a pharaoh. ... In Abydos there is lots of sand, and everything is deeply buried. You can dig day after day, and then this….We were standing there looking dumbfounded at the colorful wall decoration.” The discovery of a reused burial chest helped him date the discovery. “Tomb robbers had stripped it, but it still had the prescription of Sobekhotep on the wood," Wegner said. "The fact that they were reusing wood would suggest that it was relatively soon after the earlier tomb of Sobekhotep.” |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 52810930 Ala speed for the hyperactive. I only ever indulged to turn down the volume on stupid. Nearly all drugs, save perhaps for psychedelics, effect me oppositely. (and even with psychedelics, some aspects seem topsy-turvy.... like for example, my propensity to be sedated by them, rather than activated). Benzodiazepines and opiates, perhaps most notably. Both tend to activate me and cause insomnia; whereas psychostimulants 'calm me'. Personally.... I think that while stimulants have their place in medicine, even in children, they are vastly over-prescribed to the latter, and withheld too often from adults who could benefit from them. As 'recreational drugs', well.... let's just say, everything gets boring eventually. Even if that boredom is physiologically improbable. please, don't have any children |

He moved on waters and then created. was thinking that the reason he was blind was he was in his own sphere or cosmic golden age, when the sphere cracked saboath became ruler and the saturn golden age was gone. ?? i like that And ask yourself why he moved on waters. As the tides are source. Sophia the skein that separates ( as resounding skin(the speaker(metatron))) if you will. As we well know, it is the impregnating sheath, the first mucousa. Sound and semen have the same goal to impregnate the blood through whatever inlet necessary. From water to water. The bastard child of misunderstanding and temporal condom if you will (the demiurge). Lol, I feel as if I've stepped in Damian Omen. ;) This sounds like chaos mythology to me. Hesiod's chaos has often been interpreted as a moving, formless mass from which the cosmos and the gods originated Nevertheless, the term chaos has been adopted in religious studies as referring to the primordial state before creation, strictly combining two separate notions of primordial waters or a primordial darkness from which a new order emerges and a primordial state as a merging of opposites, such as heaven and earth, which must be separated by a creator deity in an act of cosmogony.[5] In both cases, chaos referring to a notion of a primordial state contains the cosmos in potentia but needs to be formed by a demiurge before the world can begin its existence. [link to en.wikipedia.org] and if the tides are 7 like the 7 summerians, making/within 8. Then it somewhat makes sense with the stories like marduk vs. tiamat. Because yaldaboath was in the 7th heaven and pistis was in the 8th above making her the structure he was within. |
