Re: Mad World
I am by no means any kind of expert but if I recall correctly..the Spanish Flu and the WW1 doom ended, on the same month. November 11 1918. Or 1111.

See the sudden and dramatic drop in Nov 1918?

Does appear to have had a third wave though. It was the sudden drop off..in November 1918.

Interesting usage of a tsunami for animation.

They say the second wave of a tsunami is bigger than the first, and brings with it all the debris from the first wave.

Second wave is where it gets apocalyptic.

I think instead of an Illuminati the world is ran by different gangster factions.

Greed is the hook and it takes most without a fight. Generational wealth just keeps the ball rolling.

The Almighty Dollar?

I remember in the Documentary 'Born Rich'..one of the kids interviewed was taken to the Grand Central Station as a child and told it was his. That it belonged to his family. He mentioned what a total mind job that was to kid.

He also said, that all the ancestors of the super rich today, were crooks.

They gained their fortune in a crooked manner and keep it by much the same.

Either way..if anything can humble the super wealthy..it's a pandemic.

It does say neither pauper nor King will be able to hide from it.

Thread: WTF! Japan's Abe Closes Schools Nationwide
[link to www.zerohedge.com (secure)]

PM Shinzo Abe asked all schools in Japan to remain closed until the spring holidays begin late next month to try and contain the virus. Abe's decision follows a rash of new cases reported in the north of Japan, including the first cases in Hokkaido, with no discernible path of origin, Nikkei reports.

As of Thursday, 175 cases have been confirmed across 19 of Japan's prefectures, including Hokkaido, Tokyo, Aichi, and Chiba. Earlier on Thursday, Hokkaido instituted a weeklong closure of all 1,600 public elementary and junior high schools. Abe made the announcement during a meeting of the government's headquarters.

Schools must now decide whether to abide by the PM's non-binding ask, though it's expected that nearly all schools will comply.

The Hong Kong Flu 1968

Hong Kong flu of 1968, also called Hong Kong flu pandemic of 1968, global outbreak of influenza that originated in China in July 1968 and lasted until 1969–70. The outbreak was the third influenza pandemic to occur in the 20th century; it followed the Asian flu pandemic of 1957 and the influenza pandemic of 1918–19 (also called Spanish flu).

The Hong Kong flu resulted in an estimated one million to four million deaths.

Hong Kong Flu 1968

Indeed, within two weeks of its emergence in July in Hong Kong, some 500,000 cases of illness had been reported, and the virus proceeded to spread swiftly throughout Southeast Asia. Within several months it had reached the Panama Canal Zone and the United States, where it had been taken overseas by soldiers returning to California from Vietnam.

By the end of December the virus had spread throughout the United States and had reached the United Kingdom and countries in western Europe. Australia, Japan, and multiple countries in Africa, eastern Europe, and Central and South America were also affected. The pandemic occurred in two waves, and in most places the second wave caused a greater number of deaths than the first wave.
