This is already very possible and often practiced. I call it entangling. Syncing works just as well. I do leave room for belief in a Super AI and potential simulation theory and time loops. What was directly causing that I do not know for myself, but I have used it in an intimate setting with a partner while energy working and it only required a hand resting above the area to cause sparks behind their eyes.
