Re: Mad World
The Fate series!

[link to www.funimation.com (secure)]

this is a good one to start with, but to be honest, the order you watch these series in isn't that important. the idea is the same in all more or less:

Seven mage families or sometimes independent mages, summon servants who are great spirits from history, to compete in the "grail war", which is a war fought in order to win access to the holy grail, which can grant any wish. It's very heavy on the theme of magic. and there are also many fate series' because they've been releasing them for quite awhile. I've seen most of them, really do enjoy them all. The most recent one is actually "absolute demonic front: babylonia" which is really intriguing because it's set in babylon

Chaos;Head and Chaos;Child

I don't think these are as good as the visual novels, that's what I hear, but the visual novels are basically about... "gigalomaniacs", a psychic ability that allows a person to project their delusions upon reality, and if another person is there to share in that delusion, it becomes real. They gain these abilities through really traumatic stuff as shown in chaos child. these two, maybe watch an episode or two to decide. both are among my favorite visual novels in the world but I hear some meh things about the shows.

[link to www.funimation.com (secure)]
Demon Slayer

It's really popular, but for a reason. A boy has his whole family killed by demons except his sister who survives but becomes a demon, one that somehow remembers him enough to be friendly and she and him travel together (she's really cute too). He becomes a demon slayer, and it seems really simple, but the animation and writing are really incredible. I think what makes this show so good partly is the interaction between the predators (demons) and the prey (humans). The themes and the characters are incredible and it's a great cultural depiction of japan.

I'll keep going hold up

Yakitate!! Japan

this is on the lighter side, but it's probably my favorite cooking show in the world, even compared to real cooking shows. it's about a boy who wants to create a national japanese bread. extremely creative and fun to watch

Scarlet Nexus

I was really obsessed with the storyline for awhile.

"Set in the near future and an alternate reality where humanity develops technology and forms society based on the substances found in human brains. These substances also grant humans extrasensory superpowers. The Other Suppression Force (OSF) recruits members with supernatural abilities to protect humanity from the Others, mindless mutants descending from the Extinction Belt"

Kill la Kill

It's kind of hard for me to describe this one. One of my favorite things about it is both the hero and the antagonist are woman and their relationship is really interesting. It's weird in that japanese way. the music is really good

What is the mushi? Their very existence is a mystery understood by only a chosen few. Mushi Master Ginko travels from place to place to research Mushi—strange natural spirits—and aid people suffering from the problems caused by the enigmatic entities.

[link to www.funimation.com (secure)]
Existing long before anyone can remember, and revered in ancient times, are bizarre creatures named “Mushi.” Not resembling any plant or animal in the world, they affect peoples’ lives in inexplicable ways. Ginko continues his journey to connect the world of “Mushi” to the world of humans as a “Mushi-shi.” All life exists not to hinder others. They simply wish to live as intended in this world.

It's super humid out here, but also grey. from what the internet and my mom tell me, there is potentially quite the storm on the way.

Actually is something I don't mind about texas, the storms are pretty neat. I think if I had an element, it would probably be something storm related. the humidity, I could absolutely do without

Humidity stinks. We get it here too but not too bad. We’ve a heat wave on the way. I’m going down to visit my folks on Sunday at my aunt’s house. It will be nice to see everyone.

Me too. This all took a new level for me during a storm. I seem sensitive to it.

Re: Mad World
We have awful humidity out here. But at least the thunder and rain are nice. In California, everything was always brown because of the drought.

...which reminds me. After I left California, that state got more rain than it ever had since I was a tiny child, enough to constitute a flood. Kind of funny how it works out that way.

I remember recently...someone I knew really upset me, someone I thought was nice but actually ended up to be a manipulative ass. I was in a terrible mood and my mom was out of town, so I did a "storm dance". I'm not sure how I learned how to do it or what compelled me to do that specifically, but it made me feel better.

That night, a huge storm brewed, blew right past where I am at - passed over that person's state as quite a powerful storm. They said, it destroyed their shed. I don't know if I'm sorry. But I claim plausible deniability, I suppose.

annnyway...hehe

My dog’s name. It means, grey battle maidan. :)

I got her one of these one the way..we were gifted a moped/scooter a couple weeks back. Gonna take her for a rides around town.

The moped had 6km on it when we got it. Been sitting in a garage for 10 years.

It’s cool.

That's adorable. I love it.
Sounds fun.

I have asked for a puppy for my birthday.
I really would like a little beagle. They're cute.
I'm not sure though. We will probably adopt from the pound.

Have you had to potty train your doggos? Is it hard?

I haven’t been on it yet. I need to get to helmet first. I got her a helmet. I can’t wait to see her on it for her first ride.

Roman loved bicycle rides. We had a crate bungee corded to this one weird bike we have. They made them to get around on factory floors..anyway..he loved to go for rides in it and now I’m hoping to start a new tradition with the moped.. I got her the small carrier but returned it for the medium. She is tiny but too long for the small.

Potty training wasn’t hard with either dog. We have a backyard which makes it easy to train. Consistency is key.

Hoping to get a second puppy soon or within the next year or so. Was not expecting to lose Roman last year..but it gave me a new respect for enjoying the time you have with them.
