They are routinely beaten with sticks, beaten by the trainers, and each other. Trainers are allowed 2 evening home per week, if married. All the rest of time spent with students. 24 hours a day. They are not permitted to go anywhere, except home during those 2 evenings. This is a lot more sad than the trailer let on. Really exposes the blessings we take for granted here.
