House mate went "wow, look at this" and he bolted from them to my chest...after sitting in the garden for half an hour trying to release him I gave up and went I've now get a lizard. Ack...that bloody sucks =( they've got their own thing going on and ways of thinking. Had to learn with this guy to place my hand in at his level or lower first. While it was fun having him out it's a bloody narrow window between "he's hungry, can't touch" and "he's full, can't touch". Or trying to place said dinner in the tank and instead he death wraps the snake pole and you've got to balance between fuck it he'll let go when hes ready, unwinding him without hurting him (they can be fucking stubborn and hold for ages) while avoiding ticking him the wrong way and getting a bite *Glitches May Occur. It has only been in the last two years that I have been able to bring myself to recognise just how much harm this ideology caused me and so many others like me. I thought that something was fundamentally wrong with me and didn't want to blame anything on my upbringing. I certainly don't blame my parents, they were as loving and caring as anyone could ask for and raised my brother and I in the only way that they believed would bring us salvation from this "wicked" world. It is just tragic that the psychological conditioning has blinded them to the wickedness in their religion.  ^^ Get a good eyeful America. We brought this on ourselves.
