Hiding from someone, escaping to somewhere. I had these powers, and I hitched a ride on top of a bus as high as a skyscraper until it took me to a lake that overlooked a city. There was an enormous mansion there and I begged someone I knew to get me into it because I needed somewhere to stay. But the mansion was super creepy and the family was strange.
