Re: Mad World
Thought this was interesting. I was reading an article about the Naga and telluric current and saw that some serpent cults viewed snake venom as being a materialization of the energy.

“The connection with the cult of Asclepius in the West and with the folkloric tradition, still in vogue today, of the Serpari of Cocullo, in Abruzzo, it is evident. Here we come across the esoteric maxim that looks to poison as a potential drug, for those who knew how to 'handle' it correctly: the poison is presented in this order of ideas as a materialization of the energy shaktic-kundalinic of which yogi you must master to receive the gift of healing.”

Speaking of baking..I decided to screenshot the recipe for Cinnamon Apple Cake, just in case the OP deletes their account..I don’t want to lose it.

Only thing I would change is to bake it for 60 to 65 minutes. 45 minutes it is still raw in the middle.

Yes. The forming of the Divine Adrogyne, or the Ardhanarishvara.

"One of the principal aspects of Shiva is the Ardhanarishvara, the hermaphrodite. In the process of creation, "the power to conceive (vimarsha) and the power to fulfil (prakdsha), when reunited, are immediately manifested as a limit point (bindu), or localization which is the starting point of space and time. From this point starts the vibration or sound (ndda) which is the substance of the universe. Space is a female principle, a receptacle, while time is an active, male principle. Their union, symbolized by the divine hermaphrodite, represents the Eros (Kama), the creative impulse." - "Karpatri, Shri Shiva Tattva", quoted by Alain Danielou, "The Gods of India: Hindu Polytheism"

I thought of a good way to describe my humor..

I have a Simpsons/Futurama type clever/ironic humor, with a touch of Family Guy until it gets too gross, and no South Park(over the line).

Rick and Morty managed to keep me engaged..but the first episode where they show his drunk drool, nearly turned me off the show. That's how repulsed I am from gross stuff.

The other vid you posted with the dad crying over his dead internet addicted son, was gross. Which is why I didn't like it.

Nothing gross. Other than that..I'm pretty flexible.

San Fran has a very similar issue. I actually think their social programs have made the problem worse, too.

What do you think would be more socially permissible? Beating or using black psychology to jedi mind fuck people out of their behavior? lol.

Beatings seem kind compared to how history has dealt with their chronically indigent and drug addled.

They are a threat to not just themselves but everyone else.

Yes. Glad you noticed.

One disregards their humanity after crossing a line, the other reminds of their humanity and to extend compassion.

What is the answer?

The current momentum is heading straight to an abrupt stop. Harsh is the only word that seems to explain what feels like coming in that regard.

Harsh is the only thing that will create the response, to reach the tipping point.

That’s how it feels to me.

Please, I have tried explaining to my dad. I asked him if he would rather me (addicted to heroin in this scenario) use a fentanyl testing strip or possibly die. He said "I'd rather you didn't do heroin." And I tried to explain to him that junkies don't deserve to die and no one doing drugs wants to die.

Fentanyl isn't going away, legalize the tools that will save lives and stop punishing drug addicts and start treating them!

Yes that is probably why broadly speaking lol.

I mentioned this before but I was never able to sleep as a child and from the age of 7 onwards I had a TV in my room. I would leave it on cartoon network, which changed to adult swim later at night. Those cartoons are absolutely crass and kind of gorey and ridiculous. I didnt really like them but sleeping in the dark was worse. They grew on me.

In general though? Yeah, for sure. Mostly this stuff doesnt even register as crass to me lol which is always why I get surprised when seer thinks its gross. But it is absolutely the "adult swim humor" thing....

I use to tell myself I was depressed in my own head, and that happened last night a few times.

I'm not depressed so it seemed like it was coming from someone else.
