I made my 'semi' stir fry for dinner tonight. I get packages of Fajita beef at wallyworld (already seasoned). Yeah, I know..but it's cheap and easy. I throw that in a skillet, brown it up just a bit and then mix in a package of Au jus gravy mix. Let it simmer til the liquid is about half boiled down. I stir fry some thinly sliced green and red bell peppers with pearl onions. Ladle the beef/gravy over rice and top with the veggies. YUM.
